Fanatic hotel in a great location easy to travel around all necessary tourist places

The cleanliness was so so. There was dust on everything, when we arrived a part of sheet was on the ground. There isn’t a kettle in the room that I expected the 4 stars hotel should have it. They even doesn’t have the free water in the room and you should pay the water which was on the fridge. They cleaned our room every day because we requested but when they changed our towels They had fallen down one of the big towels, it is not respect for guests. But after 3 days they changed our sheets and cleaned our room well. The bed has a massage but its work was really bad, also it is not comfortable during sleeping. The location was not bad just because it was near the termini train station that it also has the metro or if you want to get to airport you can go there and by one train go to the airport. We didn’t buy the breakfast but one day we tried that and it was not delicious, there are many choices for sweet parts but all of them was not fresh , I never seen something like that, but you can eat the sausages or cheese or butter and bread. Frankly it is not 4 stars hotel and I never come back to this hotel. I think it was 4 stars in 10 years ago but not now. All facilities was really old.

Room was small, very small in fact. Turn to the left is the bathroom and the right is the bed area. However the room is well kept and clean. There are bath amenities available and breakfast was average. Location is very good as it js near to 2 metro - termini and republicca.

The location is good and the room size is good, except it has not been renovated for some time, so, some of the items are almost break, need to use it with caution. Such as the hair dryer will only work for less than 1 min, then it will stop. I have checked, there is no timer of the hair dryer. So, I think the sensor felt that was overheat, so it has stopped.

The breakfast is with very good variety, the location is close to train station and lots of restaurants. The room is a bit small but it goes fine.

Cosy room. Close to transport, amenities deceiving as linked with other hotels, spa area not in this hotel but another up the road. Upstairs balcony/ bar not in service anymore but ok for a quiet drink you can take up as self service. Coffee not great, suggest to go elsewhere. Amazing seafood restaurant nearby would highly recommended, SaTanca Crostaceri.

Nice service! No kettle, have to get hot water from the kitchen. 5min walking distance from Roma Termini Train Station.
