Kuddarna och påslakanen var smutsiga, hotellet var för gammalt och en person som bokade ett trebäddsrum fick betala extra för två andra personer. Jag blev uppenbarligen mobbad.

Läget är mycket bekvämt, nära tågstationen Roma Termini. Ljudisoleringen är inte bra, eftersom det är nära gatan, det är mycket bullrigt på natten, luftkonditioneringen låter också, och det är mycket damm i rummet. Servicen är genomsnittlig Jag stannade i flera dagar En dag glömde jag att ge handfatet näsdukar, en dag glömde jag att ge badrummets golvmattor, och två dagar glömde jag att byta ut engångsmuggarna... Servicepersonalen hade en. bra attityd. Utcheckningstiden är för tidigt, kl. 10... Det övergripande förslaget är att leta efter andra hotell om du har andra alternativ. Detta hotell fick ett fyrstjärnigt betyg relativt tidigt, och dess incheckningsvillkor är för närvarande likvärdiga med inhemska snabbhotell. Frukosten var ok…

Platsen är stor. Rummet var litet men mycket rent, nytt badrum, mycket bra frukost på sista våningen med panoramautsikt. Jag rekommenderar definitivt denna plats! Allt var bra.

The hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. Its central location is a big plus, as it's close to the historic city and within walking distance of Termini train and metro station. There are plenty of nearby spots to grab something to eat, which is convenient. Breakfast was simple but well-organized, and the staff kept it well-stocked throughout the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One downside of the room was that there was only one power outlet, which I found surprising for a double room. I would expect at least two outlets in such a setup. Another letdown was the advertised laundry room, which unfortunately didn’t exist during my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, but I personally expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Diana Roof Garden! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The rooftop garden was a lovely bonus with beautiful views. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

Great value for the price! The hotel’s location near Roma Termini made getting around super easy. Breakfast was better than expected, and the price was very reasonable. Perfect for a short stay in Rome.

The service staff are attentive and courteous. They are efficient and do their job professionally well. Keep it up. !!!

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, buffet style, great choices and we loved the coffee. We really liked the location. Literally less than a 10 minute walk to the bus and train stations.

Unfortunately re positioned to Hotel Torino nearby (very old and dirty tiles ) .. during to plumbing issue .. foyer looked wonderful and desk staff were helpful when I returned to original hotel to check best way to get to Hotel past terminus station where tour started the following day

Everything is expensive in Rome but for that price you expect a bit of quality.. especially in a 4 star hotel. This one is very ugly the room had a window that lead to a ugly indoor yard no light could enter it was depressing. The breakfast is very basic in a horrible dining room. Rooftop is cute but nothing special. There is no effort and no passion on this hotel I don’t recommend

the bed was really comfortable and clean hotel

Location for the Opera house and metro is fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, the only negative was that there was no Aircon in the bedroom
