Hotel Diocleziano

매우 깨끗했고 숙소가 테르미니 역과 아주 가까워서 이동에 용이했습니다. 욕실에 욕조가 있어 휴식하기에 편했으며 창문이 크게 있어서 환기가 잘 되었습니다.

Pro's: Nearly across the street from Stazione Termini and next door to the Diocletian Baths. Front desk receptionists are eager to assist. Room is clean, average sized and comfortable except for the hard mattress on the bed. Breakfast is full of fresh savory and sweet selections from breads to pastries to beverages to meats, eggs, fruit, yogurt and more. Towels in bath were of good quality and somewhat thick. Challenges: Not handicapped accessible as there is a stairway to reach the elevator. Breakfast does not begin until 7:30 am which is a challenge for folk who rise early or have early appointments. There is no bottled water complimentary in the room. Room rate is somewhat high Would I return to stay at this hotel? Maybe. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel the perfect place for tourists in the move due to its fictional advantage of being within walking distance from the termini. The staff, especially Jessica was very helpful and booked us tickets for a tour at short notice, though at an exorbitant rate charge by the tour company. It's best to purchase entry tickets for sightseeing online to avoid being ripped off by some your companies. The room and hotel services was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The staff in this hotel are really friendly. They made us feel welcome from start to finish. I felt like myself and my wife were treated like part of their family. Our accommodation was very well priced for current times and our room was quite spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal as it is within a very short taxi distance from all of the main attractions if you prefer not to walk. Rome Termini train station is about an 8 minute walk away from the Hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

The staff: Upon arrival my partner and I met Leonardo and Lorenzo. They were kind and welcoming. They offered us water then gave us suggestions for things to do. (This hotel offers free very interesting excursions each day) We were given information on our room, breakfast, attractions, transportation options and directed to a wonderful restaurant just two doors from our hotel. Each morning and evening either Leonardo or Lorenzo greeted us with genuine interest. They asked about our day and what we had done with interest and enthusiasm. The rest of the staff were great too, but Leonardo and Lorenzo really stood out. The room was clean, modern and spacious enough for two to move comfortably with a large bathroom. Very nice accommodations with well-functioning air conditioning. Exceptional value and reasonably priced. Breakfast: It was a feast. There was any coffee you could imagine, fresh squeezed juices, cold cuts, salads, cheeses, rolls of every sort, a nut buffet, yoghurt, cakes and pastries, pizzettes, vegetables, eggs, sausage, bacon. The staff at breakfast was welcoming and attentive. Each morning, I spent several hours conversing with the other guests and answering emails. The location was perfect! The hotel is within walking distance of all that we did. This hotel is quite literally across the street from Stazione Termine where we arrived by train from FCO airport, about a 40 minute train ride. Stazione Termine has Mercado Centrale, a food court of epic proportions with very reasonable prices. No need for 100 Euro dinners here. A meal for two cost less than 30 Euros with beverage and is open late. We walked to a performance of three tenors and a short taxi ride to our cooking class and food tours. Right next to the hotel are the Baths of Diocletian remarkably intact ruins dating to 300 AD. After our stay the bus station was just a 6 minute walk for our journey to Civitavecchia.

Excelente location. Great service. Lobby employees we very helpful and attentive. Elvis went out of his way to help with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Very descent rooms with all amenities. The breakfast was very complete. ..

This hotel is ideally located for the train station which is about a 5 min straight walk. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and there’s everything that you would need in it. But the stars of this hotel is the staff. They are all amazing and very welcoming and extremely helpful. Nothing was a bother to them and they simply could not do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfasts in this hotel is adequate and I could find plenty to eat from the buffet. Location wise if you are planning on venturing out of Rome itself then I would highly recommend this hotel because of it’s proximity to the train station.

Excellent hotel, with great fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and pillows, good air conditioning, spacious bathroom with good quality toiletries and a well stocked minibar. Excellent breakfast with freshly made barista coffee/Cappuccino to order. Despite all of this, the highlight was the staff, so helpful, friendly. All of them! I recommend this hotel.

Our stay from start to end was amazing. Karen gave us a warm welcome while checking in. Even a smiling porter (in grey/black clothes, I don't know the name) offered us glasses of water with ice cubes. That was heart winning gesture in scorching heat of Rome. Room was spot on with air conditioning working to the optimum. Staff even left us a bottle of Brut and welcoming note as we had booked room for our marriage anniversary. Room was clean and spotless. Breakfast in restaurant was good quality and fulfilling. Raluca and Alessandaro are doing a wonderful job. Their coffee would beat Costa/Starbucks. They even prepared us a yummy pancakes to put smiles on our faces in the morning. Thanks Diocleziano for making our trip memorable. Would certainly come back again.
