The facilities are somewhat dated, but they are functional and adequately maintained. The room was clean and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and responsive to any requests. Overall, it’s a decent choice for travelers seeking standard accommodations without luxury frills.

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot my mobile phone when I checked out. However, the hotel manager immediately contacted me and returned my phone.

The hotel is old. The bathroom is small and smells of mold. The staff is friendly. The hotel has simple breakfasts.

The room was clean. You can get sweet buns, yogurt, and something to drink for breakfast (I would expect some vegetables or fruits, but no). I could hear a dog in the neighborhood often barking during the night, actually.

Great hotel with good breakfast for a reasonable price. Very friendly hostesses as well. Just remember to bring lotion though, as they don’t provide it here.

I arrived at midnight, so I sent a message to them before 2days on booking date. But they didn't answer Finally, I arrived hotel Nobody answer...... So I waited almost half to an hour at a front of hotel. The door of hotel was closed.... And I saw ant 🐜 on my bed I could not sleep ....

You can stand here. This place's service is suitable for price and performance ratio.

very basic, small room, simple breakfast, internet was not working, mosquitos inside the room. Location is ok, in the Pigneto where there are a lot of bars, metro station and bus stops are near. The price was among the lowest in the area so is ok.

Economic hotel. The only good thing is near the metro and nice balcony 4th floor for breakfast

Very good price for services they are providing as daily cleaning service, new shampoo and hand soap coin as well there we had BB. My room number was 115.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!! It was the worst experience I ever had. The rooms are nothing like the photos, and the whole building smells like cigarettes. My room was invested with cockroaches, and the staff just pretend it was nothing. The heater in the room doesn't work and they only give you a small and disgusting blanket, I was freezing my whole stay. The beds are old and uncomfortable. Breakfast is bad, and very industrialised and after seeing cockroaches in my room I would think they are in the kitchen too.
