I was booked in for six nights. On the day before I was told I could not stay (I happened to be on a plane and had no idea until I arrived at the hotel). I was told a number of different things, including that I cancelled the reservation - I did not - and that the agent cancelled. There was no apology and no help to find an alternative. As a solo traveller on my first trip to Rome this was pretty daunting.

This is an unattended B&B with six rooms. There is no one on call if something happens. Last night I was terrorized by the man in the room next to me. I contacted the person “on call.” All she did was text the person and ask them to stop. There was no further action. I put a chair in front of my door, in case the person tried to get in. This morning, I got a text saying they will call the police and the owner would come! This should have happened in the middle of the night!!! Horrible!! I demand a refund!
