I DO NOT recommend staying at this property. The early check in time is very inconvenient so you basically must pay cash in order to enter the property, which I suspect is a tactic to exploit guests as much as possible. The host (who I think lives in one of the rooms) was very unfriendly by shouting aggressively and threatened to call the police for “slamming” doors. We left the room in great condition and she falsely accused us of breaking a mirror with again the threat of involving authorities. There is a tense, sinister atmosphere. Yes the property is called “Angels in Rome” but “Hell in Rome” would be more appropriate.

The worst host ever! Later 1 pm check in is not possible and when we asked help she just said no , and there is no refund. She even did not try to find a solution. That is why I was disappointed.But still I told to the host I don't wanna start our relationship like that I will change my flight and will be able to early check in and I wanna enjoy my stay there. Since I arrived she was so rude! Always tried to create a problem , she has been disturbing me on my WhatsApp that is why I had to block her. And when I had other people's reviews I read she accused some people to steal some stuff from the hostel. She did the same to us . She accused us to steal the spreadsheet and towels. I expect everything from her that is why we were prepared for that . We recorded a video before we left the hostel . Everything was there, and now she is in trouble because of her lies.if you don't wanna ruin your holiday ,stay away from this horrible place .

Please stay away from this place! We have never experienced such unfriendly host! We asked her at the begin if we could do the check-in in the evening, but received and highly unpolite "no" and would have staid on the street if we wouldn't arrive in the check-in time and neither a refund. There was no cooperation at all. Going forward the lady was all the time very rude and disrespectful. Threatening us with police based on nothing and after the checkout accusing us in stealing things from the room. Please if you want to enjoy your staying in Rome, don't book this place. Avoid unnecessary drama on your holidays. The lady was ridiculous!

Realmente decepcionante, la gentileza de la chica nula, me canceló la reserva sin un preaviso a parte una persona extremada Desagradeble, maleducada y con esto me estoy conteniendo a decir todo lo que considero de esta “anfitriona “. Adjunto conversación y trato recibido de esta señora.
