Hygiene: good at all Location: don’t trust google map, just come from Roma S. Pietro Station, just 5 mins walking from the exit to Vatican City Service: responsible and friendly staff, who helped us separate the bed to two Facilities: satisfactory

No aircon in the room, need to open the super huge window that leads to the balcony, which leads to an area which can be access by your neighbors, very dangerous though. looks like a dorm room, with extra beds on the top. electricity was cut off first day of my stay, think a blackout. i think for the price is a good stay, with a good breakfast. but i think alot of things can be improved.

Initially we were given the wrong room. After a long and persistent conversation, staff provided the reserved room, but only from the second day. They gave a discount in the form of not paying the city tax. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room with the terrace is wonderful, as if you were in Ancient Rome.

The staffs are really helpful and very nice location! The gentleman staff helped me to book the restaurant because I don’t have any way to make the call and even don’t speak Italian. Thank you so much

「酒店」本身非常舒服，而且房間有很大的露台！前台和餐廳的服務人員都很nice，因為在學院區，所以很安靜。十五分鐘可以步行前往St Pietro大教堂，附近也有很多bus去各個主要商圈。酒店幫忙預約taxi也很方便，去機場剛好避開市中心的擁堵，一路順暢。 trip.com平台出了問題，未通知酒店我已經付費，造成我需要在酒店重複付費。重複收取了我的費用，已經過去近一個禮拜，也都還未退還。不知道該怎麼辦，平台說酒店告知要等35天！這件事情我很不能理解。 所以這裡服務的部分本應該滿分的 我折半了。

窗外樓上，樓下有課桌，廚房 空間大，適合住幾天 步行距離可以去很多景點，很方便 這個酒店似乎是校園宿舍的一部分，乾淨整齊，安靜 很滿意

服務非常一般，房間很大，但是窗户非常小，衞生間的窗户沒有窗簾，非常擔心私隱泄露。不推薦，而且酒店在一個小坡上，每次惠酒店都需要爬坡，不方便。

Ha ido todo bien, lo único que podría decir que falló un poco fue el tema del agua, a veces se iba, pero a los minutos volvía. No sé si era un problema de mi habitación o algo en general. Aparte de eso, ningún problema.

Struttura molto bella e ricca di servizi (ristorante, bar e ottima palestra). Camere abbastanza pulite e personale molto cordiale.

是個學生宿舍 整體使用有許多限制 如空調溫度有標準，冬天暖氣就不能超過19度 不過像有公用洗衣機 健身房 和公用餐廳 房內的電視機非常不錯 是智能的 只是就是床是那種宿舍床

比較像學生宿舍，房間裏有一張大床和兩張在第二層需要爬樓梯上去的床，還有電磁爐、鍋碗瓢盆等廚具。距離梵蒂岡的景點很近，從停車場可以看見聖彼得大教堂的圓頂。早餐不貴，口感還行。
