Hotel Valentino Palace recensioner

I was thinking whether or not to write this, but decided to do so because it would or might help others, please keep your expensive thing under lock and key! There’s no locker in the room!

For the price was really good. The area was like Stathmos Larissis in Athens (not feeling extra safe in night) and the people working there were friendly and helpful. The bathroom ventilation and air condition were noisy but you could turn them off.

The hotel is clean, in a convenient location. The amenities are basic. It's a very good choice for a short stay!

간판이 없어 찾기 어려울수있는데 기차역 거의 바로앞에있어서 위치가 정말정말 좋습니다. 위치만으로도 모든것이 문제되지않는곳이에요

처음가는 로마 여행인데 걱정을 많이했습니다. 저녁9시에 호텔에 도착했는데 리셉션 남자 직원이 아주 친절하게 안내해주었습니다. 고맙습니다 객실은 3층에 배정되었고. 리모델링이 되어있는 아주 깨끗한 방이었습니다 2일동안 머무르면서 불편합없이 아주좋았습니다. 호텔 바로앞에 차이니스 레스토랑도있고 그옆에 피자파는 식당도있고 테르미니역하고 정말 가까워서 좋았습니다. 1층 리셉션에도 화장실이 가까이 있고 깨끗했습니다 리모델링이 안되어있는 방이 있는것도 같습니다. 엘리베이터에서 내리면 왼쪽은 리모델링이 되어있는것같고 오른쪽은 아직 리모델링이 안되어있는 분위기입니다. 정확치는 않습니다.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, aunque algo ruidosa al estar al lado del ascensor y de la recepción.

Hotel datato e poco curato. L'unico vantaggio che ho trovato è che è vicino alla stazione termini. Secondo me il punteggio di 8.1 è troppo alto per un hotel del genere. E mi sto chiedendo cosa hanno trovato in questo hotel per darli un punteggio del genere, specialmente quando si tratta di due persone della reception che invece di aiutare i clienti si mettono a discutere e a fare polemica con loro. Il personale della reception è polemico, specialmente la donna, escluso il signore che fa la notte che è gentile e serio. Ho chiesto chiamando (telefonando) alla reception dal mio cellulare in quanto non c'è il telefono in stanza e ho chiesto: dove sta il "non disturbare"? Mi hanno risposto che NON C'È, non hanno "non disturbare" che si mette sulla porta... a questo punto ho chiesto e ho ripetuto più volte che non desidero che si fa la camera, e nonostante ciò hanno fatto la camera. Quando ho detto alla reception che mi hanno fatto la stanza nonostante ho chiesto di no, mi hanno dato delle risposte assurde e non logiche, e hanno confermato che hanno capito che non desideravo che mi facessero la stanza. Non ci ritornerei!

Отель в 2 минутах ходьбы от Термини, и в 20 минутах ходьбы от Колизея, местоположение супер. Было идеально чисто, уборка каждый день! Отдельное спасибо Luca, самый милый и приветливый! Встретил, рассказал что посмотреть, где поесть, все очень радушно! Вернусь снова!

超爛，歧視中國人，實際給的房和預訂的不一致，快1000定了個二房東隔斷廁所房，預訂18平，實際入住連個1.3m寬的破床都放不下，溝通後老闆狡辯説我們定的就是這個破房，住好的得加錢😡，好在有攜程客服溝通換房，換房看了三次奸商老闆才展示我們預訂圖片一樣的房，房間浴室還沒熱水，門特別小不好找，無大廳，縣城招待所級別，老闆娘態度特別差，差點給意大利奸商創飛，大家狠狠避雷！！

Grundausstattung die man von einem Hotel erwartet. Jedoch mit erheblichen Mängeln. Auf Grund der Lage nähe Termini Rom trotzdem zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung kein Luxus
