Hotel Ronda Nuevo

The good: the room is large, the bed is comfortable The bad: its impossible to get a hold of someone. The phone number on the website leads to a voicemail only. So when we couldnt find the place, and had no information about where to park, we ended up just driving around until someone answered via chat. The response we got was that the front desk person had to leave, but they put our key behind the door. When we eventually checked in, we dropped our luggage im the room and turned the air conditioner on. We went off to find the parking lot the guy recommended, but it doesn't come up in google, and we couldn't find it, so we ended up about a 15 minute walk away spending 20 euro per day. There were two closer lots, but they were completely full. When we came back later that nignt we discovered the air conditioning doesnt work. We called all 3 numbers (they give you 3 numbers to call when you check in, and state they are 24 hours). The first number is the main number that only allows voicemails. The second number was someones cell phone maybe? Sounded like they were at a party, and they hung up on my after I asked if they spoke english. The 3rd number was the same. Then they texted instead, and advised the best way to get air conditioning is to close all the doors. That would only help if the air turned on. Finally, the bathroom ceiling is DISGUSTING. Mold and mildew. I took the quickest shower of my life for fear of things falling on me. Please don't stay here.

Nos dejaron en la calle teniendo pagada la habitacion. No habia nadie en recepcion y llamamos a un telefono de contacto de 24 h al que no atendian. Tuvimos que hacer el check ing mediante un enlace mandado por una plataforma y luego tras el pago nadie aparece. Conclusion, tirados en la calle sin que nadie diera la cara y pagada la reserva.

Estuve en este hospedaje el fin de semana del 23 de noviembre de 2024. La experiencia ha sido nefasta e incluso roza lo insultante por los motivos que voy a describir a continuación: La chavala que te atiende al llegar te insiste en que dejes las maletas lo antes posible, evidentemente para irse en cuando te dé la tarjeta, solo te indica la habitación en la que vas a estar y un mapa con escuetas indicaciones. Al intentar disfrutar del hidromasaje (motivo por el cual reservamos esa habitacion) te das cuenta de que el mando que lo controla no funciona. La TV, el aire acondicionado y las luces no tienen mando y se controlan por una pantalla táctil anclada a la pared que tampoco funciona. En recepción nunca hay nadie y si llamas al número que te indican al llegar, que se supone que es 24h para atención al cliente (al cual llamé a partir de las 20.00 y más de 20 veces), te encuentras que está apagado y si les escribes o llamas por WhatsApp no te contestan. Al día siguiente, al dejar la habitación sigue sin haber nadie en recepción y tienes que dejar la tarjeta en una urna ridícula. Cuando consigo contactar con la chavala (una vez dejada ya la habitación) que es la que recibe las supuestas llamadas 24h, le muestro mis quejas y me da otro número de su supuesto superior el cual se muestra comprensivo con la situación en un principio pero que luego a la hora de proponer soluciones solo te pide los datos y que esperes a que lo "mire". El trato es nulo y pésimo, de unos empleados totalmente incompetentes e incapaces de solucionar nada. Mi recomendación es que no caigan en la trampa de este lugar y de ningún APARTAMENTOS AVICOR S.L. al que pertenecen. Hay muchísimos mejores lugares donde hospedarse en esta maravillosa ciudad que es Ronda. En conclusión, un hotel que no lo es y mucho menos de 4 estrellas que te promete una esperiencia de "CINE" y lo único que tiene de "CINE" es que todo es de atrezo. Espero que sirva de ayuda a futuros clientes.
