A very mixed review. The good, the bad and the UGLY.
The good:
1. The setting and hotel is stunning.
2. The products in the room are good quality.
3. Breakfast is lovely!
4. The general staff are friendly and helpful.
The bad:
1. The bathrooms are not cleaned after each guest. There was hair against the wall and glass walls were FILTHY! (See pictures below)
2. The AC and extraction fans don’t work properly.
3. They don’t bother to take your requests regarding your room into account.
4. There is no western restaurant (other than breakfast) or English TV options.
The UGLY:
1. MANAGEMENT has the worst service attitude that I have ever seen. Trip.com helped me to report the above mentioned issues on the first morning. They promised to come clean the bathroom (but didn’t bother to address the other issues). The bathroom was never cleaned (I eventually cleaned it myself). Their attitude when contacted every time was basically…If you don’t like it, leave.
I sincerely hope that this review will be seen by someone who can address this issue. Management should make guests feel welcome and appreciated, but they know that their location is excellent so they don’t care whether guests are happy or not. VERY VERY POOR! Until now there has been ZERO attempt to fix the issues, provide some sort of compensation or even APOLOGIZE!
