The staff was friendly, and there was smooth check in and check out. But one thing bothered me the checkout timing was 12 pm(noon) instead of 12 am( midnight. Rest was fine. I don't have any

Room had lots of negative vibes and bedsheets were not very clean। Though the staff was good. Food was good though but over expensive

The hotel was average. Frequent load shedding happens, about 7-8 times at night. The price seems to be high in comparison to the condition of the room. The room was not cleaned properly, also the bathroom was not good enough.

Good stay, room and washroom were clean. However, the lighting in the room felt a bit dim, they could work upon that.

The hotel is not as good for the price in terms of looks and facilities, if you compare the hotel and it's facilities, services to the price then it is a bit pricey, staff is friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay here. All the staffs are really helpful and kind person . We have taken tea here .. and it was really very awesome .. Thanks to all the staffs for our stress-free stay... Will come again and stay here only .. ♥️

There was no way to call the reception from the room unless until u go dawn all the way to ground floor from 2nd floor to ask them directly.
