The room, despite its rate of 1600 rupees, was in a deplorable condition. The bed linens, pillows, and blankets were visibly soiled with shoo marks and stains, hairs, and other debris. The floor was sticky and very dirty, and the bathroom emitted an very unpleasant bad odor. The furniture was damaged and unclean, and the curtains appeared to have not been washed in an extended period. The room's intercom was non-functional, and no food menu was provided. Basic amenities were also absent. The broken windows, crudely repaired with tape, added to the overall shabby and unkempt appearance of the room. It is evident that the positive reviews and ratings for this hotel are either fabricated or do not accurately reflect the true state of the accommodations. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid Itsy Hotels K K Residency Staywell, as the experience is far below what one would expect for the price. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a Hotel they were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door they also were able to recommend place to get any type of meal that we needed as well
