Noise and more noise. Loud dj on until 1am keeping everyone awake. Police came and shut it down. I had a 8am coach pick up and couldn't sleep at all. No way is this acceptable , and I'm not joking when I say it was like an ibiza rave, not your usual hotel entertainment.

Noise noise noise. I'm staying in the hotel opposite, and this hotel thinks it's ok to have a literal rave on. It's 12.25am and the dj is screaming down the mic. The croud is screaming and cheering. I've got my doors shut and can hear every word, every song. I'm up at 6am to leave this hotel to fly home. I'm not amused. Don't stay here if you want to sleep.

We stayed here for one night in April. There is an underground car park below the hotel that actually has decent sized parking spaces and turning areas - a marked contrast to Granada the day before! Check in was lovely and very helpful. Our room was an apartment with a separate lounge/kitchen/diner and there was plenty of room to be able to stay a week or even longer. Outside we had a large balcony with table and chairs. Decor was dated but everything worked. Breakfast was self service with plenty of options and the hotel was literally a minutes walk from the beach. A lovely stay.

POSITIVES The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and as we arrived a little early they directed us to the poolside bar to wait whilst the room was prepared. Once ready, we discovered that the room was clean and well-maintained with powerful aircon and comfy beds. The bathroom contained lots of towels and a range of free toiletries. The kitchen had a working fridge and microwave and the balcony had a terrific view of the pool and beach. The poolside bar serves a small portion of free tapas when you order a round of drinks. The price of 1 large beer or a tinto de verano with 3 soft drinks was less than £8 which is incredible. The tapas was tasty as well. There are a range of shops, cafes and bars around the hotel and beach access is literally across the path at the rear of the hotel. The pool area was clean and well-maintained and the water slide was good fun for the children. You never had to fight to get sun loungers as there was plenty of space. The restaurant (we had breakfast and evening meal included) served a wide range of foods, and the breakfast includes pancakes, cereals, continental style and pastries along with unlimited hot drinks. It was clean and the service was friendly and prompt. LESS POSITIVE This hotel is a destination for Spanish people to go on holiday, so most of what is in place does not cater to those looking for a Spanish holiday ‘for Brits’. This isn’t as much a problem for me as I love Spanish culture, but many of the staff did not speak English and the Animacion team provided all their entertainment in Spanish which might leave British children a little left out, although ours were able to join in with party dances and the late night pool party. The evening meals in the restaurant were predominantly local dishes geared heavily to seafood and the like. I’ll eat anything but my wife is a fussy eater and if you or your family like to eat nuggets and roast dinners you will not find that available here. My children found there was always one thing they would eat but weren’t spoilt for choice. The room decor is a little dated but who really cares when it’s just a base and you should be out at the beach or by the pool anyway! NEGATIVE The poolside bar does not provide any kind of snack provision such as chips and sandwiches as the tapas and drinks are served from a high end restaurant. This was disappointing as we like to enjoy a beer and some chips by the pool for our lunch. The language barrier with our waitress meant we’d asked for a menu which there was no point receiving as we couldn’t order food to be delivered poolside anyway, but she wasn’t really able to communicate this with us and we sat their waiting for an order we never could have had. But again, we should be learning to speak Spanish better! I’m not entirely sure LoveHolidays researched whether this hotel is suitable for Brits wanting the ‘Brits abroad’ experience so if you want that you’re best sticking to Salou or Benidorm. A good hotel that we found to be spotlessly clean everywhere. We were on half board and whilst the restaurant had an air of a cheaper cafe / canteen about it, the quality and variety of food was excellent. All meals are buffet. During the week we had mussels, shell- on prawns, tuna steaks, sword fish steaks as well as the usual chicken, pork and beef dishes. There was always pizza, chips and a pasta every night plus loads of salad. Breakfast choice also very good. Food was also mostly hot which is unusual in such hotels! Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was good size with excellent shower room. Always lots of powerful hot water. Our only negative experience was that the hotel is used by youth groups and so it can get very noisy in the restaurant and round the pool - at one point we estimated there were about 80 teens staying there. There is a constant changeover of teens as they seem to stay Monday to Friday then the next ones arrive. Slightly annoying when the last group were staying on our side of the hotel and were constantly shouting at each other across the balconies!

The appartment was large enough for the two of us. The seaview is amazing! The swimmingpool was the best, really nice cold water which is very nice when it is 25-28 degrees. Breakfast was ok, cleaning was average.

Highly recommend this hotel,especially front desk team.Very professionel and friendly.I only booked on Booking .com 1 hr before arrival and they still managed to meet my wishes.Great apartment with everything you might need.Fabulous seaview and very clean.

Buena relación calidad precio. Apartamentos muy completos. Cama cómoda y mi apartamento con vista al mar muy bien.Buen buffet. No me gustó salir a las 10 y el precio de las bebidas caras. Tampoco la animación era muy allá, bastante escasa. Muy ruidoso
