Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Roseville

I always try and book this place when staying in and around Roseville. The front desk staff are awesome, very nice and personable. Nice, clean rooms and in a nice safe location!

Our 10 night stay was very good. The location is easy to find. We found the hotel to be clean, well-maintained, and with friendly staff. Our studio suite was very large and the AC very good. Some reviewers complain of no AC unit in the bedroom. If that is an issue consider a studio unit if it will accommodate your party. Contrary to another review their are no bars on the windows and the parking lot is not horrible. The hotel is located near a busy freeway and railroad tracks. If noise is an issue for you ask for a room facing the parking lot. The bathroom in our studio had a sliding door, not a "barn door." It didn't have a lock. So what. Having had a bathroom door at another hotel lock itself and malfunction, we never lock the door anymore to avoid having to call the fire department again. As clearly stated on the information sheet provided in the room, daily maid service is not automatically provided. Light or full housekeeping service can be requested. We were fine with getting fresh towels and having trash removed a couple of times during our stay. Cookies are provided at the front desk around 5pm; they disappear quite quickly, so don't hype this to the kids in case they run out. Breakfast items can be requested every evening for collection in the lobby the next morning. These items are for you to take to your room, which has a full kitchen (no oven but a microwave.) A breakfast buffet or cooked-to-order breakfast is not offered. Self-service coffee, tea, and juice are in the lobby. Free self-service laundry facilities are near the lobby. Bring your own detergent or purchase at the front desk. There are a few eating places and a gas station nearby. The Fountains shopping center is walking distance (20 minutes or so) and the Galleria mall is a bit further. If you are without a car for any part of your stay there is twice hourly bus service to the Galleria and other destinations. Check schedules online with Roseville Transit.

Two nights stay. Nice bedroom area and living area. But the bathroom! The shower rod is set 4 inches inward from the top of the shower. I'm Small and the shower curtain hugged me the whole time I showered. My husband is a big guy so I can't imagine how he felt. That's gross. Fix it and you'll get more stars!

Enjoyed my 6 nite stay! The staff was very accommodating! Shout out to Manager Ty, his team including Imelda, Triana and Kaleb. My studio was comfortable and clean! The amenities were adequate. Great location off I 80. Will def stay again😎

Tired hotel, nice enough but tired. Keys cards don't work, soap dispensers in shower not filled, uninspired receptionists, but large suite that was comfortable. Room smelled like someone before had cooked in the kitchenette. I imagine this hotel is chosen due to proximity to water park.

Very nice hotel and super rates! The night desk clerk, Vicky, was so nice and helpful. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in quite some time and I could not believe how nice for just $117! It is a suite so it has a little kitchen all equipped. I will look for this chain first from now on.

Horrible experience. The bedroom does not get any AC at all. We told the front desk they moved us to another room that was the same way. Gave us a small desk rotating fan that barely helped. They told us they were full and nothing more could be done Upon checkout they did not give an apology or anything after letting them know. Will not ever stay again. Bad part a Friend that lives in the area recommended this hotel. I don't have the heart to tell her. Also never go through a 3rd party. I went through delta to get skymiles and got 10%off I guess that is why we were given the horrible rooms. If you do go make sure you get a room away from the road or freeway as nothing helps the noise.

I messed up with the check in date , and Gloria from front desk was so pleasant and assured me that she will do her best to be able to get a room. I felt special and well served. Gloria was able to explain what happened, what she will try to do , without judgements , without blaming or shaming-They , the manager and Gloria were able to get me a wonderful room. I would definitely be a loyal customer because of the people. Thank you

Think…Barton Fink motel. Bars on the windows over looking ugly parking lot. Ancient sticky furnishings in room. Very jail house kind of vibe. Plexiglass window at check in. Paint peeling from ceiling. Creepy as all get out.
