Enjoyed my stay here, wish they didn't charge you to use the in room safe but otherwise the issues were few and minor. Would return.

For a perfect vacation in a beautiful environment, friendly staff and cozy rooms, you definitely have to go to this hotel. Unfortunately my mother became very ill at the first day of her holiday. We want to thank all staff but especially the hoteldirector Sophie and her family for the incredible help that we received. This personal support shows us that the hotelguests are the first priority and this gave us a safe feeling. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, you are in good hands.

We had a wonderful stay at Playa de la luz. We loved every moment of it. The views from the hotel are stunning. The staff are very nice and helpful. We tried the breakfast buffet and it was amazing. Our stay in hotel playa de la luz was very awesome. The good: • First of all the food was the BEST we have ever had in any hotel. Especialy the Spareribs! • The Hotel enviroment was very clean. • The Rooms comfortable and clean. • The staff was very friendly. • Very Kind and friendly staff • Next to the Beach • Modern Smart TV • Awesome life Music with Emilio Campos The litle Flaws we think could be better: • Some Rooms need a litle Love (Old furniture, and nearly broken stuff). • More diversity in Cocktails (Black Caipi was a blast) would be good. • A litle more Animation for „Shy“ Kids to join the miniclub. • Language barriers with the staff (nearly no English or german, but there was always a way to communicate). • The entertaining part was bad booked (Started time the meal.) and endet to quick. • English translation on food and other services were sometimes missing (only spanish). • Barely room to set up the pool lounger. • Reservations of loungers arent controlled, sometimes they are empty for a whole day and nobody comes. • There Could be a Spanish night with dancers or traditional musik • Sun Blockers were Lackluster at the pool there could be more • No Entertaining Programm (when the EM would not happen it would be very quitet at the hotel and nothing to do) Dont get us wrong these points are ways of posible improving. We loved the stay. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Playa de la Luz! Here's a breakdown of our experience: What We Loved: • Exceptional Food: The food was hands down the best we've ever had at a hotel. The spare ribs were especially delicious! • Environment: The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained. • Comfortable & Clean Rooms: Our room was comfortable, clean, and met all our needs. • Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. • Great Location: The hotel's proximity to the beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful coastline. • Modern Amenities: We appreciated having a modern Smart TV in our room. • Live Music: The live music performances by Emilio Campos were a real highlight! Areas for Improvement: • Room Variation: While our room was nice, some rooms seem to require renovation with potentially outdated furniture and maintenance needs. • Cocktail Variety: A wider selection of cocktails would be great, although we did enjoy the Black Caipirinha! • Engaging Activities for Children: The kids' club could benefit from more engaging activities to encourage even shy children to participate. • Language Support: While we always found a way to communicate, some staff members spoke limited English or German. • Entertainment Scheduling: The timing of the entertainment program could be improved to avoid overlapping with meal times. Additionally, it felt a bit short. • Information in English: Having English translations available for menus and other services would be helpful for non-Spanish speakers. • Pool Loungers: The limited space for

Excellent breakfast, you can not ask for a better breakfast. Amazing swimming pools, adults, and family along side the bar sitting outside the pools and the Oceanview walkway and beach. The message and exercise area is excellent as well. Nearby local shopping
