Read bad reviews before going and was a bit concerned but need not have been so wrong. Very clean hotel, lovely pool area, great views, great staff, beds really comfy, Beds changed and Towels 3 times in the week. Don’t believe all the bad reviews. Our group ages were between 40 and 85. Some noise from a few younger ones but no issues, slept well. Would return. Thanks for a great stay.

Reception staff are friendly and the pool was a decent size. Legit the only thing we we were happy with was leaving. The apartments definitely aren’t cleaned between guests we found bogeys on the toilet roll and toenail clippings in the living room, fresh towels every 3 days and they wanted a €20 deposit for the tv remote! Won’t be going be back again.

We stayed Saturday to Wednesday, it was loud, take ear plugs as lots of partying. It didn’t bother me, we had a 5 year old and older teenagers with us. The 5 year old slept through everything! I am a light sleeper and I had AirPods and Netflix! Overall clean spacious apartments, friendly staff, lots to do around Santa ponsa. I would defo stay here again! I was so worried of the reviews and taking a child but lots of kids were there, the kids pool was great as it was enclosed in. They changed our towels once on the 2nd night which I was ok with. The rooms as huge. Overall I had a great stay here. I would have loved to have stayed a bit higher up for the sea views.

Amazing hotel super clean , very friendly staff. Able is lovely & very helpful. Close to bars & restaurants the perfect hotel. On site shop is very handy & reasonably priced for everything you need. Fab stay in deya apartments & Santa ponsa.x

Great location and clean apartments, loads towels provided and large balcony's with table and chairs, no airyer for clothes. Loads of shops and restaurants outside the door. Definitely not suited to family stays with kids as there is loads of young people on stag and hens. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 Min walk to the beach where the sunbeds are €6.50 each to hire for full day. Pool area is lovely and clean, round beds available to hire for €25 a day and they have the only umbrellas around the pool, which makes no sense as they were empty the whole 5 days we stayed. No food , snacks or drinks allowed to be consumed around the pool unless bought at the pool bar, again first hotel I have ever stayed in where I was not allowed to eat a bag of crisps that I had in my bag. If your looking cheap and cheerful, it's great apartments.

The staff were super friendly and the room was great with a lovely sea view. Really good location as near plenty of supermarkets, bars, food places and a short walk to the beach. Pool area was spacious and lively, with many places to relax!! :)

Disgusting, Stains on the curtains, dirty bed sheets, freezing cold room, dirty shower, 20 for the tv remote, we didnt even ask how much for the aircon/heater. Even the walls just looked like they have had no love or been refreshed after mutliple guys/girls holiday. Honestly if its your first holiday or your 18, go get drunk you wont even notice anything because the location is great but as a 40 year old couple you desrve better than this. For us it destroyed out holiday. We lasted 1 day and had to fork out more money for a new hotel.

Fabulous location and staff friendly and helpful amazing view from balcony apartment so spacious plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep I would highly recommend just 5 minutes from beach supermarket on site definitely will return before the end of season
