Well, after reading the reviews my thought of this place was between heaven and hell. Don't believe everything you read. The room was clean although a little tired, but for the price we paid off peak it was good enough. Good bits The checkin was easy. Our bags were stored till our room was ready and we were able to use the facilities. The pool is good although a tad cold and lots of sunbeds available Great location for the bars, restaurants and the beach is a maximum 5 min walk all flat. Lovely walk along the front from one end of santa ponsa to the other Bad bits Nowhere could I find mention of the club in the basement. Although only open on the Saturday we were there it was LOUD. The bass was very audible till around 5am.... we didn't sleep much that night Our shower pressure was so good the water flooded the bathroom and had obviously been like this along time as the wood flooring outside the bathroom was really water damaged. Other than that we had a great few days away

This place is a AMAZING! The rooms were modern, pristine, and extremely comfy. The staff’s friendliness made our stay even better—they treated us like family. Highly recommend for an stress-free and clean getaway! Can’t wait to come back!

The cleanliness and comfort of this aparthotel were absolutely outstanding! Every corner was impeccably maintained, and the beds were nothing short of heavenly—so plush and relaxing. The staff’s genuine kindness and warm hospitality truly made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor were remarkable. We were so impressed with the entire experience and felt completely at ease throughout our stay. I can’t wait to return to this perfect retreat—everything about it exceeded expectations, making it the ideal place to stay!

Spotless rooms, cozy beds, and a nice welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. This aparthotel really exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and very spacious, the view was fantastic ,check in was easy and we needed a late checkout which was not a problem,we stayed in apartment 177 ,28may /1june we had a great time and would definitely stay again

Had a pretty positive experience. Apartments were large and exactly what was described online. No housekeeping during the 4 days but could get fresh towels etc from reception. Had 4 rooms for 10 hens. Shower completely flooded bathroom when out full but okay with pressure down. Plenty of room to have pre drinks and games in room for all 10 of us. Beds and sofa comfortable enough. Fridge with freezer drawer (ice is a must!). Pool area large and comfortable loungers. Could I pick fault in the apartments absolutely. But for what we wanted and the price paid they exceeded our expectations. Would I return… maybe not unless in a group booking but would absolutely recommend if that is what you are looking for.

I love deya as I’ve stayed here before in the past but this time in October I had a terrible experience with bed bugs . Each time I slept on the sofa bed I woke up covered in bites one of which got very infected and I had to go to hospital to be put on iv antibiotics. This is really not acceptable and ruined the remaining part of my holiday

Basic hotel, its perfect for just showering and sleeping in, nothing much else, the pool is freezing much better walking down the beach the water is warmer, I have stayed here 5 times in past 4 years, its so cheap on love holidays for package holiday that I don't mind paying 250 for a week. Best thing about this is the location Everything is right on the doorstep.

Abel was so accommodating along with the rest of the staff, the room was clean enough and hotel is in a great location. Loads of food places and bars around it and right next to the beach. Overall a great stay in Santa ponsa and would recommend it for a girls trip.
