This is a large spacious property far from the well trodden tourist path. Special conditions: This property is situated in a very quiet private location . We have had issues with some groups disturbing the neighbours at night so we now ask that there is no outside activity after 10pm. Any noise does travel a long way on the lake, we are happy for you to continue your activities indoors with ranch sliders closed. The neighbours do have the property managers phone number and will contact her if this is not adhered to. No parties or stag dos are allowed, if these occur you will be asked to leave with no refund given.
