JetPark Hotel Rotorua recensioner

Conveniently located. Just a 5-10mins walk from the isite bus stop. Many restaurants nearby. Room is located on the ground floor. Room is slightly small and is quite packed with 4pax in the room. But the bathroom is huge.

Good place to stay

Nice hotel within 10min drive of many attractions and a short walk to the shops at a reasonable price. Nice breakfast with a pancake maker but more variety of hot food will be great!

We selected a family room because we have a toddler . But the room was not baby friendly. Lots of sharp corners and edges of furnitures. Also the shower cubicle was very slippery and had to take additional care when bathing the baby.

Nice stay overall. Though was having higher expectations from the family amenities like the pool...location of the pool isn't great..

Stayed for a night , very clean room and staff was helpful. Location is in main road Rotorua and just walking distance to McDonald's.

Found the staff friendly and helpful Loved the cleanliness, the breaky was great too.

The location is great, we have a car but walking to viewpoint in the city. The parking is free. Not many choices for breakfast but it's enough and tasty. The room is big and clean. We enjoy the time stay there.

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children and clearly had confirmation of 2 children and 2 adults. Called twice 2 days before our trip. The reception male did not know what I was talking about could not find booking then said it was only for 2 adults.He then said he will note down when I explained I booked for 4. Then called again couple of hours before checkin and went through the same thing waslooking forward to relax and they found it hard again to look for my booking and mentioned 2 adults and not including my 2 kids. The hotel was ok and tv channels not enough just 1 movie 1 sports channel. Menu was not really goo VERY EXPENSIVE but food was not okay. Asked for another jug of cold water as we were really thirsty but the lady said they can't provide a JUG of water so ended up organizing uber. Staff need to be abit more upto date with everything etc..

JetPark Rotorua is located right in the heart of town. It gives easy access to the park, the forest, the spa, and other main sites are within a 15 minute drive. The staff are super friendly and the place is well maintained. The walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors, but it wasn't too bad. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great stay!

The bathroom needs proper exhaust and clean mold, please. Otherwise, the service and stay were good. Breakfast was good as well

Very conveniently located to polynesian spa and clean, spacious place. Only flaw is that the breakfast is quite basic. No eggs/meat. Only some cold cheeses, preserved meat, canned fruits, cereals and pastries available.

Location is good, very close to the town centre, and EV charger is a plus.
