Good affordable short stay when exploring Rotorua, toilets were clean and kitchen was well equipped. Slightly less privacy since neighbouring rooms could look into the room too.

This is the accommodation that I’ll recommend to those who are looking for a nice place to stay when visiting Rotorua. The kitchen is well-equipped & spacious. The rooms are clean & flawless.

Room is Nice and clean, but there are no air conditioners or fan in the room, toilets and shower area need to clean always, because it’s common for everyone

The room was pretty small with a tiny window and the bathroom had a sliding door with a hook latch.

Good location for the hostel however would not recommend for anyone seeking a quiet stay. Poor sound insolation mixed with slamming heavy doors and gates proved difficult to get any sleep. Staff were friendly and nice and overall facilities were good.

The bedroom was nice And the kitchen was nice And everything is really clean And the reception person was really kind and nice But when I took a shower There was a cold water and hot water . And the light frequently turned on and turned off So it’s quite hard to take a shower But except this, everything was nice

I booked the room with private bathroom. Overall is good and one things to be improve is the room ventilation cause they’s some bad smell inside the bedroom.

Twin ensuite was tiny, barely able to move in that cabin room. Bathroom door was broken, toilet paper holder was broken. Pictures in the ad was a hoax. Toilet was very very small. These cabin rooms of haka house were so close to the each other left and right that you can hear voices of people at night. Paid parking $15 per night in haka house parking. Not recommended.

En-suite room has everything you will need for a nice and affordable stay in Rotorua. Location is great and parking convenient.
