Convenient location. However, the room phone could not be used. Had to go down to reception for amenities instead. There was no hot water for shower at night for half and hour and resumed spontaneously. The master switch fell off when the key card was inserted

location is great, just 3 minutes walk from Central Station, hotel itself is clean and staff are friendly, B'fast is simple but very good enough with cold cut, bakery,.....etc

The walk to the hotel from the centraal station is about 5-10mins, the lobby is clean and well-designed but the room furniture and TV is slightly old-dated.

Hotel not serving dinner, luggage storage after check out needs charges, main entrance too subtle and not easily visible, bedside socket on one side only and no usb socket, hairdryer fixed in bathroom and not movable, very inconvenient

The hotel was within walking distance from the Rotterdam Central station. Reception was on the 1st floor. There were friendly n helpful staff especially during check in. Choose the twin beds room as it was bigger than a double bed room. Breakfast the next morning was quite generous with good varieties of hot n cold food. The breakfast staff were very friendly n helpful too. I am an IHG member so luckily I could store my luggage with the hotel for a few hours without paying any additional storage fees.

Excellent service. A good location, close to trains and tram stations. The breakfast is simple but sumptous enough to start your day.

It was within walking distance from Rotterdam central station , the shopping strip was also very close to the hotel . Will stay here again if I will to come back to Rotterdam

Justin and Mozigan at the reception are perfect. windows can't be opened, must be improved! breakfast needs variation. tv too tiny. everything else is perfect.

Hotel near Rotterdam Central station. Reception on the 1st floor. We waited for long time to check in because no one at the reception. Had a long queue there waiting for the staff to come out. Have complimentary breakfast but need to reserve time slot. However once you are inside, no time limit.

My 2nd time to book and staying in this hotel. as good as before. Good in location, 5 min. walk to Rotterdam central station. LRT just in front of the station. Good in services, we arrival at early morning 10:00, no room available, the front desk lady can keep the luggage for us, and offer free breakfast to us. Clean and tidy room and public area. Recommend this hotel to you.

central train station just walk in 5 minutes, the breakfast is simple but quality is good.

Great central location, and it is easy to access all tourist sites on foot or by public transportation.
