We stayed in room 3 on May 6-9. The housekeeper(s) piled bags of laundry against a door near our room. This was not only inconvenient and unappealing, but also a safety hazard because it blocked access. The room's aesthetic was better than the experience. For example, the bathroom looked modern, but had multiple design flaws. The toilet paper was so close to the toilet that it was difficult to grab. The hand towels were hung high above the toilet. There was a knob near the sink, but it was too low for practicality, and too stubby on which to hang a towel confidently without it falling. The glass only covered 1/3 of the shower, so water got all over the floor. The heat pump was aimed at the bed. I wanted cool air in the warm room, but blowing directly on me was freezing. Pros - location Cons - steep stairs, door blocked with laundry, bathroom design, heat pump location

Something very strange happened at this hotel. Last night, while I was lying in bed already asleep, two staff members banged on my door. One of them, an Asian man, was very rude and shouted that he would call the police and demanded that I leave. The reason was that two friends had visited my room during the day. Indeed, to handle some personal matters, I had two friends come over during the day, but I did not see any rules on the hotel's website or elsewhere that prohibit visitors. However, the actions of the hotel staff were disturbing. I hope the hotel can provide a reasonable explanation for this, and I will continue to pursue this matter.

Hotel is in the centre which (if driving) may not be so simple, they have no on-site parking so you can park on the street outside but be aware this is a €6/hr affair. You need your digital key to even enter the property and once inside, even if an *employee* is present, you are beholden to do all the work yourself to check in, register the room card etc etc. The whole experience is completely remote from human interaction and rather unpleasant. The rooms are sterile, very much like a youth hostel or student room. Bright, very basic, clean. There is a very small desk to work at and there are some convenient power points. There is no bar/restaurant or even breakfast at the hotel. There is nowhere to store your luggage in the room. Suitable for a cheap one night stay but otherwise I would recommend you find somewhere else.

Room was functional, bed comfy - not too hard/soft. Water plenty hot enough, very good shower. The place was very clean. Free coffee / hot chocolate. Available fridge space. Very good location. Hosts were excellent. Normal safe / TV / Kettle / hanging space with good hangers / soap & shampoo. Would thoroughly recommend.

I honestly liked this place a lot. Pretty central in the big city, really easy check-in (they have an instruction video up at the front door) & free coffee, tea, water downstairs. If you’re not big on social contact this is definitely the place for you, you can fully check in without having to interact with any living being. Breakfast was kinda fancy, only 2 minute walk from the hotel & the staff there was really nice. Only thing I personally missed were single beds. Also the breakfast is a single meal, which is fine but I would have liked more than one cup of coffee and one glass of juice with my breakfast without having to pay for it. Overall really nice stay.

I have stayed in Rotterdam 7 times this year and this is the worst hotel I have been in. Only booked it as *********** said I would get a free upgrade - see the photo to check out the room I was 'upgraded' to! The area is nothing to shout about and you can get a better value hotel in Central so just book there. They take a €100 deposit from you also when there isn't event tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the towels are thinner than a net curtain. Just avoid the place.

Excellent powerful showers and very nice comfy bed. Rooms are clean, modern and lots of restaurants and bars close by and easy to walk to. I walked 20 min to Marketall and main shopping area. My room, 11, had massive high ceilings. Good selection of English channels and kettle in room, not that you need it as hot drinks and cold water available in lobby complimentary. I'm pretty fussy with hotels and I'd stay here again. The owner was so friendly and helpful.

Once arrived the mai door didn't open with app but very quickly was sorted with a call. Great experience at self check in : 3 minutes and you have a key. The room is very small but clean enough. No place where store the luggage ( except floor), no hangs for suits and no hangs for towel near the basin. Shortage of plugs except near the bed: you need to stay on the bed for charging or working. Good free coffee at lobby. Pleasant stay with Chris: lucky to find him in the lobby. If you have a lot of time buy the voucher for the breakfast: it is 3 minutes walk but it opens at 8:30 and there is only one lady . Breakfast last one hour only for waiting. Metro station is 4 min walk. At the end it's essential, mainly for short time without too much stuff.

Soggiornato per due notti in occasione del Breakbulk Europe. Ottima sistemazione dal punto di vista logistico. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono piccole, di forma rettangolare, con il letto che occupa tutto il lato corto vicino alla finestra. Non c'è molto spazio ma è tutto ben razionalizzato. Pulizia ottima. La colazione è compresa ma bisogna andare in un bar a poca distanza. Il prezzo è un po' alto...
