H3 Hotel Rotterdam City Center recensioner

This hotel is trying very hard to earn your heart. Very good location. If you are a solo traveler like me. This is the hotel for you at Rotterdam.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in any situation. They helped me with ideas and directions as it was my first trip to the city. The hotel is good and clean, it provides what the value of the stay is. Some People expect more service for less value paid. Good location and near everything by walk. You are expected to pay a deposit of €50 which i got it back on my check out.

No kettle Air con max up to 20 C only Shower water wetted the wash room. Left is of old style and luggages have to be carried 5 steps to the left lobby

The exterior of the hotel look ok. However, the internal function of the hotel need a lot of rooms for improvement. Thankfully, I only stay for 2 nights, but need to bear with all the inconveniences. First, the lift is not working. Was assigned a small room at level 2. I have to carry my luggage up to my room by stairs. Second, other guests left their rubbish along the corridor and there was no clean up. Quite disgusting to see this in a hotel. To be honest, this was the most dirty hotel I ever stay. Third, there was blackout on 2 occasions. Thankfully, I am not halfway through my shower. Though it was recover within an hour, it is unacceptable. Fourth, there was no storage place for luggage if you arrive early or want to check out late. You were asked to place your luggage at a construction area in a corner of the hotel at your own risk Fifth, there is a need to place a €50 deposit. This is also the only hotel I encountered in Europe which required to pay a deposit. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel. To be fair, the staff are friendly.

Great hotel and room they spoke dutch,english and Spanish really well! Great staff.

Stayed two nights with my partner in this hotel, everything was okay but keep in mind you have to give them a 50 euro deposit ..

Not clear information about 50€ deposit that people need to bring to the check in, makes no sense to not provide that information in the reservation and in the confirmation…. And very annoying staff member stubburnly saying that the information was provided. The hotel looked in really bad conditions and there was no lift …

You will really want to read this: DONT STAY HERE. I’ll number briefly everything out 1- a man that works there wanted to punch me , because I complained after the whole room flooded because water flooded out of the shower and toilet Greg water came to the hall way picture attached) 2- the reception woman had the worst attitude and was abusive 3- the room stank like something dead 4- at 7 am they started working on the elevator and stopped at 11 . 5- 3 men entered my room while I was in a towel / naked .

Comfortable room. Good location. No working lift means waling up stairs!

Toilet was really dirty

Yeah never again! Great location but the hotel itself? A instant No.

First, the elevator is so dangerous because you need to close the door manually, it is a freight elevator. I hope it can be renewed and updated. Second, when I planned to have a shower and I found the washing gel is empty and we need to get down to reception to get a new one( the room even do not have a phone to connect the reception). Also no wash cup provided! ! Third, the button for controlling the air conditioner was broken and it made noise for a whole night , this made me can’t fall asleep.

The staff was rude. I came lately for checkin and he was like he needs deposit withou that i cant enter. I said by 1 hour ill bring you could keep my id until that. He refused it as well. I couldnt go because it was raining heavily. But unfortunately he didnt give the key so i had to go in rain to get money from atm. The behaviour of staff was very bad . And cleanliness is zero.

Lift is necessary thing to be there which is not rest all is fine though
