DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre recensioner

Very bad attitude of reception desk, and staff all. Small tiny room, have booked for double room been offered twin room like trying to convince me that city view rooms are all twin keep in mind that reservation was prepaid in total. Have checked out 1 day earlier of course no refund, will never stay again at the same place.

Request a room not on the 7th floor.the health ce tre is on 8th,right above your room. People running at hours when you're trying to sleep.

Room is too small and it is next to the road. But the location is great.

Almost everything is perfect except for the distant parking area—pleasant walking around the marine museum.

Nice clean hotel. Great location.

The breakfast is really something to highlight at such reasonable price for this stay. A glass of Prosecco to begin the morning is something super nice. Room is bit small, and just good enough for two suitcases opened on the floor. I slept very well with comfort on that bed, which looks bit tiny in the picture :-P. Location is very good and I could take metro line E direct to De Rotterdam, Central station and The Hague!

Really nice hotel. The view is stunning. Great amenities. Nice breakfast. Very near to the metro. Trams stop in front of the hotel. Very accessible. But the check in is at 3pm. Unlike other hotels, we can check in a bit earlier. But here, we had to stay at the lobby until the check in time. Good thing, you can drop your luggage at the reception desk and stroll around the city. Overall it’s good, worth the price!

The location is far away from the train station, and in walking distance of the city center. The hotel should be a typical 3-star hotel but not 4-star. The room is small, with very basic service. Only four paper cups are provided: two in the washroom and two for drinking, without any other cup. The front desk staffs' attitude is just okay. When I booked the hotel in Trip.com, it was said that the hotel is a best in Rotterdam, with a very high rating. Obviously it is a misleading.
