Unfriendly staff. Like some other reviews it was a nightmare getting to the hotel. Room smelled musty and blanket was badly stained. Property could use a lot of TLC. Stairs were challenging at best. The location was good but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Picked this hotel, fully knowing it was two stars and on the cheaper side because of my short time in Rouen. I don't think I have had a worse experience in my life dealing with management, cleanliness, and liars. I initially booked two nights here, but after entering my room, that had a drop in ceiling panels, mold everywhere, a broken shower head that wouldn't hang and not drain, a tub coming off the wall, and luggage left from the previous person I quickly adjusted my plans to only stay here for one night. I attempted to contact the manager via the phone and what's app after seeing this disaster but nobody answered, and being in a foreign country, my options were limited. The following day I found the manager downstairs and showed him the pictures from the room, the conversation was cordial, he was apologetic, and offered to pay for the one night stay and not charge for the second night. My family and I thought all was well! NO! A few weeks later after checking the credit card, I saw they had billed for both nights, after clearly saying I wouldn't be charged for my stay. I quickly called ***********, explained my situation and was told that a complaint had been lodged against me! For reference, I have used *********** for over 100 stays and been to hundreds more hotels without incident. I provided pictures and was told I would hear back in 5 days. I unfortunately was only able to recoup not even a quarter of my stay from this dump. But beware for anyone that might stay here.

Teníamos una reserva realizada por booking, no la han cancelado y cuando hemos querido entrar, no había manera ya que, según otro huésped que también se ha quedado tirado en la calle, han tenido un problema con el agua. No nos han avisado y nos hemos encontrado tirados en la calle a las 11 de la noche. Una auténtica vergüenza

On a aimé : - l accueil surtout au petit dej toujours souriant et agréable - Les croissants et pain frais - la propreté - la taille de la chambre et la déco - la literie - Le sèche cheveux - la bouilloire avec thé café et gâteaux à disposition - la vue A revoir : - rénovation du couloir et portes des chambres (peintures et graisse â mettre pour éviter les grincements) - entretien salle de bain (joint pare douche à changer, peinture écaillée par endroit, tablier de baignoire à réparer) A savoir : beaucoup de bruit chambre 1 situee au 2eme étage à cause de : - la cuisine et le sèche main des wc situés au 1er - la proximité du vieil escalier charmant mais peu discret - difficulté à mieux isoler cette vieille et belle bâtisse (murs peu épais on entend vraiment tout) - la rue piétonne ne l est pas complètement

L’hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città, le principali attrazioni sono a portata di mano. Stanza (tripla) piccolina ma con una vista splendida sul palazzo di giustizia. Bagno vecchiotto, piccolino e con vasca.Non vi è ascensore e per raggiungere le stanze si deve salire per una scala stretta…quindi non adatto a tutti. Parcheggio convenzionato con l’hotel nelle vicinanze. Personale cortese.

Expérience pitoyable dans cette "établissement". Si vous vous attendez a un accueil chaleureux, il sera plutôt carcérale. DIRECTION PSYCHO RIGIDE Accueil glacial, défiguré des pieds à la tête, le sourire doit être facturé plus cher. Chambre correcte, très calme MAIS ne passez pas un coup de fil à 18h57 a votre maman, vous allez vous faire enguirlandé au petit déjeuner ... je ne savais que j'avais réservé un chambre dans un EPHAD. Les parties de jambes en l'air doivent être aussi proscrite. Je suis en déplacement toute la semaine les hôtels sont mon quotidien. Je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Reçu comme un mal propre. L'habit ne fais pas le moine .... j'ai écourté mon séjour je les avait assez vu comme ça. Cet établissement figure désormais dans le dossier établissements infréquentable.
