Santa Claus Holiday Village Hotel – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Lapland I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas. The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

The location is very good indeed with spending in amount of US$590 for 2 nights . The front desk services is good too! However, the aluminium plating of shower cap is peel off that my finger is hurt. 4 pieces of towels are turned into grey colour and their edge are thrown. There is no connection with house keeping or front desk about your problem in room, you need go to front desk next morning and request to change the shower cap and all towels. So trouble! Honestly said, it is not worth living in with high prices.

Service is helpful but need attention on room cleaning. They only make up our bed. Location located at the center of the attraction, all was walking distance. Breakfast was good enough and staff were wonderful.

Room is nice. Staff is helpful. So surprise to provide GNC hair straightener. Hair dryer is good. Breakfast is so so.

Suggest coming during after 1 November. Before this date, most facilities are closed.

My daughter and I had a great summer at Santa Claus Holiday Village. She described it as "the most magical place" she has ever been in. Even though a lot of things were closed due to the low seasons, the staff's service and friendliness made up everything. Thank you!

Although we came at summer, still having fun in the Santa Claus village. A very lovely place to stay, very nice staff and good meal:)

Very nice cottage, and big. Even though I travelled solo, I could see the space is comfortable for 2.4 persons. Service of staff is good, they don't volunteer information but if you asked they respond in very friendly way. Breakfast was average, both in terms of spread and quality. As the village was so quiet during the time I stayed (beginning of Autumn), I didn't try their restaurants for other meals, choosing instead to go to city center. Facilities-wise this is a resort, and there was no help to get your luggage to your room which is a few minutes walk. you can pay for it. Also, no transport to city provided by hotel. You need to take public transport.

Super fantastic hotel room! Everything is clean and new, so much comfortable for us to stay. Definately will come back and book again

Nice Hotel , will be back again

The cottage we stayed is spacious and clean. The presence of Sauna inside cottage is great. Breakfast at the Three Elves Restaurant is very good too. Unfortunately the complimentary airport transfer mentioned in other review was not included in our booking. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the Santa Claus Village very much. Overall staying in Santa Claus Holiday Village is highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with so much attractions to enjoy during stay. Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend for anyone to visit Santa and also see the Northern Light.
