Scandic Rovaniemi City recensioner

The hotel is very convenient on traffic, with bus stop just opposite to the hotel. You can jump on the bus to Santa Claus Village and Airport at the bus stop. The room is very clean and the buffet breakfast is pretty good.

Located at the city centre and good services Breakfast is good

Nice location and nearby the a shopping mall, but far away from train station. Breakfast was nice with a lot of food choices. The room is opposite to Burger King so may have some light whole day long

Right in the center of Rovaniemi city center , best is having restaurant all around the hotel , opposite is a large shopping mall.

Great Location! Breakfast spread could have been better. Limited choices. Like the little touch of the bidet in the bathroom.

Heater not strong. Sofa not the cleanest but comfortable bed to sleep in. Convenient location!

This hotel was in a great location, very convenient to get to the local tourist companies for excursions. Breakfast was typical buffet but plenty of choice. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. Staff very helpful. I'd stay here again. Photo is the view from our room window.

The hotel is near the shopping centre which helps with grocery shopping. Breakfast is delicious.

Probably the noisiest room I have ever stayed in! Really awful and people making noise at all hours! The room was small, bed uncomfortable with a mattress topper that’s not attached to the main mattress so the bed was falling apart! Good location but unless I was really really stuck I would not stay again. It wasn’t cheap either. Very poor value for money. Restaurant is like something from the 70s!

We are a family of 5 and booked 2 family rooms in this hotel. The rooms were big, compared to another Rovaniemi hotel that we stayed in and the amenities were wonderful. Free use of Sauna, 24hr gym, just located directed opposite the supermarket and most of all, the hotel has a microwave that you can heat up the food brought from the supermarket! What a deal!. Some areas for improvement, it would good if the Sauna can be 24hrs instead of closing at 10pm. If the hotel can provide utensils like spoon and fork it will be even more awesome. Overall our best stay in Rovaniemi for the price point, I think its a steal. Oh BTW, Burger King and McDonald is just opposite and 24hrs too.

Nice place, definitely would not regret booking. Relatively convenient.
