The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance to the vibrant city center and delightful restaurants. We felt fortunate to witness yet another breathtaking display of the aurora borealis shimmering behind the hotel, by the river. Dragons danced and curtains flowed in the sky, creating an unforgettable spectacle…

including free sauna and breakfast! and the concierge is patient and polite , the breakfast is good and have many options! hotel rooms have provided everything you need

房間很小，設施陳舊，洗手枱發黃。煙霧報警器在我們正常使用電吹風的情況下報警了。酒店經理來了，氣勢洶洶地責問我們，並告訴我們，他們已經通知消防人員過來，會讓我們承擔費用。消防人員來了並檢查了情況，沒有説什麼就走了。事實是報警器太舊了，一點點水汽就反應了。表面已經變得很黃了。這個事嚴重影響了我們的心情。在辦理退房手續時，給了我們一張1000歐元的發票。説是請消防人員過來的費用。簡直是敲詐，搶劫。

酒店前臺很友好，環境設施都很好，鄰近大街，很方便，酒店附近就有巴士去聖誕老人村，很方便，酒店的早餐都很豐富，十分之推薦

地理位置很好，服務熱情，早餐品種不算太多，滿意！

一切正常，價格有點貴旺季感覺不值

We stayed there for 3 nights as our travel agent booked this hotel for us as a part of an organised tour. Our experience was very positive. The location is great, everything (shops, cafes, landmarks) is at walking distance. The room was well equipped. The restaurant and the breakfast was also good. Some few negatives, did not spoil our enjoyable stay: Small reception area (crowded when groups check-in/out), not very big room, not great food variety at the buffet..etc It is a great choice to enjoy Rovaniemi without big luxuries.

A pleasent stay in an otherwise crowdy hotel. Probably the "high seasson" is the explanation. Clean room, warm and polite personel. Having an halfboard accomodiation, we enjeoyed a breackfast and dinners whit a lot of international dishes

As part of tour group we had a two night stay at this hotel. Its close to the river and shopping area is only 5 minute walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Room was good size, clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine but plentiful. The service from reception was very good, nice staff and friendly. Tea and coffee available in room but only creamer supplied. For northern lights go to river and turn left, follow all the way to museum and cross a bridge. This is the spot to go. Unless on a specific tour. Yes this hotel was good for a two night stop and recommended. The restaurant (separate review) was terrific for dinner.

I stayed here with a group. Location is very good and is close to some great restaurants. I had 2 excellent meals there for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was Ok but plentiful. Room was clean and comfortable. I found the service to be very good. Nice bar too.

Despite us staying as part of a package tour, the staff was very friendly. The room is comfortable and well lit. In addition, the toilet is spacious. Breakfast spread is pretty good as well. The location is also excellent and conveniently located at the end of a short shopping belt.

An amazing hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was very well positioned in the city with excellent breakfasts and evening meal restaurant available. Super bedrooms - cleaned daily and very comfortable beds. Fantastic onsite sauna which was fabulous to use. Breakfast had a very wide choice - including vegetarian and gluten free. Would highly recommend to travellers to the city. 10/10
