Place was spotless, warm, well equipped and comfy. Great location too Note bathroom is a wet room so expect wet feet if using toilet afterwards! Would thoroughly recommend

We didn’t get to stay there. We were told last minute that our reservation had been moved. The new apartment was terrible. Absolutely terrible. This is no way to manage a long held booking. I want a refund. Viator please action. Do not book this place!

The room was cute, its really like your own home with all the kitchen essentials that you need as well and with a sauna too, the location was great as it is near a train station and major bus options. Some shops are walkable too.

Property was perfect sized for a couple. The dining table had plenty of room and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to eat or have a takeaway. We had a car which was not easy to park locally as most spaces are permit. We were told on day 2 that there was a space we could use but there was someone else already parked there. Communication was clear albeit a little slow but we muddled through. The sauna off the bathroom was lovely to use though we couldnt work it initially. The TV did not work at all. Blinds were good enabling us to sleep when daylight was so long (end of May) but the balcony did not feel like a place we wanted to sit out. Overall, the property was ok and value for what we paid.

Perfect! Second time in Rovaniemi with this company and perfect as the previous time. Apartment really comfortable (with own sauna as the first time!). Comunication by whatsapp has been really dinámica. Perfect in all senses
