San Antonio Resort recensioner

Can't give a excellent rating. Facility has 2 structed pools. 1 Pool operational (near pond and good), but the other massive pool just in back of main building is CLOSED. Looks like this has been closed a very long time. Shame. If this pool was operational I would change my rating to being the best. I think the owners/mgt does not want to incur the costs involved to fill and maintain this pool. As its empty it is a eye sore. This is my own opinion.

We booked here for our work as well as my birthday . The place is clean and i liked their breakfast and the friendly staff. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and the seafood restaurants. They have many parking spaces and place is safe to walk at night. I will definitely go back here.

Best place to stay in Roxas City. Near the beach, seafood restaurants, and airport. Easy to get a ride and accommodating staff. They even have free airport shuttle and local breakfast included

Not clean at all, had cobwebs in the bathroom, with dust over the the appliances. Large gap under the entrance door, allowing the a/c to blow the heat to come in the room. The towels were not soft at all, along with no hand towels. Have stayed here before, but unfortunately feel they've dropped there standard in order to save money :( Won't be staying there again. I might add, I'm not normally one to give bad reviews, but feel my stay deserves my thoughts this time.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary there. The room was clean and staff are so nice. Thank you San Antonio Resort. Next time ulit.😊

Room was extremely dusty and smelly upon arrival. I will caveat that with our arrival was earlier than normal check-in time (with an additional charge). The mini=fridge did not work and took two calls plus a visit to the front office before finally getting the issue addressed. The pool area is relatively new, but the rest of the facility severely lacks upkeep necessary to call itself a resort. I booked a suite and have had a better room at a 2 star hotel. I called two days in a row to have the room cleaned and not cleaned or fresh towels two consecutive days. The Lagoon(which my "suite" overlooked was nasty looking and had a bad smell. 10/10 would not think to ever return when I go to Roxas City.

The location is near the beach and many restaurants. There is also 7/11, very convenient, if you need to buy essentials.

They could have cleaned the bathroom coz it's moldy and no floor mat to keep it dry. there were only few sockets and those were for the ref and TV, no other sockets for charging your gsdgets. Also some of the staff could be a little more friendly - try smiling and be more approachable and accommodating.

Clean and pleasant. Nice breakfast. Staff are friendly and competent. It's not their fault that there was a very noisy wedding party from 5am in the morning.

should have the elavator fixed so it wont be a hassle for guests to go to upper level most especially when they have big luggages to carry. Although, the staff were helpful to carry and bring the luggages for us.was Expecting more on the breakfast buffet, a little disappointed on the foods served

Nice place for relaxation. We love the lagoon suit. Buffet breakfast is great❤️ Staffs were nice and approachable.

We had a vey nice stay. Recommendable for your visit to Roxas.
