We went to book in and got the key. As we walked up the stairs the banister was coming out of the wall. At first the room didn't seem to bad. Having another look, the bed was wobbly and dangerous.It was really weird. There was no one on reception, when I rang the man and asked for my money back, as I truly did not feel safe - he just talked all over me, refused to listen, wouldn't give me my money back. It was so bad, we left and went to another hotel nearby. Very disappointing.

It was a hotel, with a 2 person bed, and all the facilities you need for a good stay. I would recommend! Nearly central, with many stores around the hotel. Easy to get with a cab and easy to go with the underground or bus.

Small clean room. Good reception. Very friendly and helpful manager. 20 min walk to the O2. Very good selection of little local restaurants in the street nearby. Only a 7 minutes walk to Maze Hill railway station.
