InterContinental London - the O2 recensioner

We went to see Tate McRae at the O2 and with the link from the hotel to the O2 we were there in minutes. Amazing Hotel, Amazing breakfast and an amazing location.

Amazing facilities and great location for concert! Very clean and provided everything you need along with an amazing view from the room. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel on behalf of my brother for his wedding night. They loved the room but wasn’t a great view. Cleanliness was good and service was great.

Seamless stay, very polite staff and great breakfast with fresh juices and a'la carte selection. Walking distance to metro station and Cable Car if yoy're heading to Excel.

We booked this hotel mainly for using the spa facilities, but I’ve been kicked out from the pool area in the first day we arrived, they close the pool due to someone making 💩 in the pool. The staff was not helpful at all. We tried to get an entry for a different day to use the pool but they didn't want to give us another entry. I went to reception few times to ask them about the issues, but everyone was passing the responsibility to someone else!

Located in zone 2/3, it is quite far away from city centre, and the price is lower than that of five star hotels in London. If you need to travel a lot to the centre, it may not the best choice.

Clean hotel with a spacious room and bathroom. Views were great over the river.

All good, the staff ate very friendly and we have a very comfortable stay. Thank you 😊

Great location if visiting for 02 concert. Most staff friendly, however a few that are very rude and lazy, not what you would expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was very good though and beds were comfy, there is alot of building work currently going on outside hotel  at present.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is simply fantastic as there is a walkway to The O2 shopping centre. The centre has an array of restaurants and discounted shops. The service at The Intercontinental hotel was superb. The only disappointment was the gym and sauna were both closed. Our room was stunning, comfy beds and lovely extras like a Nespresso coffee maker, robes and slippers. The sky bar was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and we will come again.

Excellent Breakfast. Love all the choices and food is fresh and well prepared. Check in and Check out are easy and staff are super polite and helpful. Good job! Will choose Intercontinental Hotel again next time.

Excellent stay, very comfortable clean and friendly helpful staff

This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area.
