Brilliant place to stay. Decorated beautifully. Plenty of space. Really friendly lady who showed us the room. Central location. Thank you to the team.

Our apartment was on the 4th floor, there is no lift so we had to carry 4 suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The apartment had clean sheets however the rest of the apartment was unclean. The apartment was in the loft & only had skylights for windows. The kitchen benches were unclean & had coffee marks. The cups & dishes were dirty. The worst part of the unit was the showers. While having a shower the drains were blocked & I was standing in 10 centimetres of dirty water with hair & mould. Also the ensuite bathroom door handle was broken. We told the manager about the blocked drains & shower. He said he would clear the showers of the blockage immediately & re attach the door handle. He never came. My husband had to use his keys to unscrew the drain and I used toilet paper to remove the hair & mould. All round unclean & no staff to fix the issues. Also, be aware the unit is in the loft space & the windows are skylights. You cannot open the windows as pigeons are roosting on the roof. We stayed for 2 nights. My advice is DO NOT STAY HERE!

Lovely town centre apartment in Leamington Spa It is ideally located in centre of town, a park across the road and river that runs by the apartment. The church bells rang on Sunday morning at 11am which was nice. The downside for some would be the noise from the road and bar downstairs but the convenience of being in town centre means there would be some noise so we did not mind. There is 20 mins parking outside in layby by baths or 2 hours across small park to unload then car park has ability to pay 24 hours at a time on phone. It has good fixtures and fittings, however the cleaning is poor in some rooms. The toilet in one ensuite in the had not been cleaned before we came which was disgusting. Bin had not been emptied and I had to clean the shower before I could use it and there is tile cement on the door. No book to let you know how to get hold of owner or recycling rules, means of escape if there was a fire etc. Kitchen equipment was basic (not enough for 4 people) exactly 4 of each item of cutlery so if you used them to cook you had to wash them up with used washing up sponge and given how cheap they are. There was a microwave but no bowls to cook anything in it and no baking trays. There are only 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and no dining table so luckily there was only 2 of us. The goods points definitely outweighed the bad and would definitely stay again but hopefully the owners have read this review and made some changes as these small issues let it down sadly.
