Exceptional quality of services and beautiful views
This is a long overdue review, but I wanted to make sure the professional staff at the Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de St. Cloud Hotel received the credits and recognition they deserved. During the Paris Olympics, one of our hotel reservations was overbooked, and we needed one more guest room. When it looked like we were out of options, the front office team at the Renaissance reached out to us and offered a genuine and unexpected arrangement. A special thank you to Ameith, a true professional who devoted the time and effort to assisting the guest. The hotel is located in a peaceful suburban setting that offers a calming and relaxing experience, and is adjacent to the Paris Country Club. The Jr Suite that was allocated for the stay was clean and featured a transitional décor and a nice view of the country club. The breakfast at the main restaurant was excellent, with a good combination of hot and cold selections, complemented by friendly and professional waiters and waitresses. We were attending games in Paris and Versailles, so we had a rental car and it was very convenient to meet with the family and watch the games. Thank you to the wonderful team at the Renaissance at Rueil Malmaison for a memorable stay during the Olympics.

Best service ever. Great spacious rooms, great location, luxurious green all around. Garden, calm surroundings and cleanliness all very welcoming and enjoying. Big thanks to Omy for her great and efficient service. I had issues with my luggage, she sorted it out so rapidly. She took great care of us from day One to day Five. She organised everything for us with great attention and professionalism. All her tips were very thoughtful. Thanks a lot to make our stay extra special. We will come back. Lydia & Rob

I couldn’t have asked for anything better than our experience at the Renaissance Hippodrome Hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff. Surprisingly our room was ready at 12pm so we were able to get in right away. As a titanium member there was a lovely hand written note thanking me for my loyalty a small bottle of champagne, and a snack waiting in our room for us. The room was lovely and overlooked the pool and in the far distance you could see the Eiffel Tower. The bed was comfortable. A huge shout out to Omy for helping us plan our Sienne River Cruise. Omy is wonderful. Make sure you stop by and see her if you need help planning your evening. Les Hamptons Grill is attached to the hotel and was fabulous! Wait staff was very nice! Buffet breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Thanks for making our first night in Paris one that we will always remember! Now onto the Renaissance Nobel. I can only hope that our stay there will mirror this one.

i had a mixed experience that left me quite disappointed. While the hotel boasts some lovely amenities, the service I received was subpar, particularly from the reception staff. Upon arrival, I noticed that the receptionists were more friendly and welcoming towards clients who booked through a staycation website. As a Bonvoy member, I felt discriminated against and less valued. This was especially evident when I requested to change my room, even offering to pay extra, and was bluntly refused. The hotel was clearly not fully booked, so this response felt unjustified and dismissive. My experience at the spa was equally frustrating. I was not provided with a bathrobe and was told to go to the reception to get one, only to be informed there that they were out of stock. When I returned to the spa, they refused to give me a bathrobe, stating that they were reserved for certain customers only. This lack of coordination and helpfulness was disappointing The gym, however, was very nice, which is why I'm giving two stars. It was well-equipped and pleasant to use. The living room area was also beautifully decorated, and the staff I encountered there were kind and professional, in stark contrast to those at the reception and breakfast buffet. Speaking of breakfast, my experience there was uncomfortable. Initially, I was greeted by a friendly woman, but when she left, her replacement made me feel very uneasy with his constant scrutiny. This ruined my appetite, and I left the buffet early. Overall, while the rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the gym and living room were pleasant, the lack of basic hospitality and the feeling of discrimination greatly marred my stay. I hope the hotel can address these issues, particularly with their reception and breakfast staff, to improve the experience for future guests.

I am from the USA so why did the staff assume I was from China? Don't assume all Asians are from china! French employee working at the buffet thinks EVERY ethnically Asian guest that goes there is from China and she offended me by saying NI HAO when she saw me. Disrespectful and rude. Don't assume. Just say Bonjour to everyone.

We had a great stay at the Renaissance Paris Hippodrome. We came to visit Versailles, and since we have a strong preference for Marriott hotels, we decided to stay here. Room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the horsetrack. Outdoor pool was a nice surprise. We did not know it was still open at the end of September. Upon check-out, we left our jackets in the room. Unfortunately, we had some difficulties with the delivery service to get them shipped home. However, the Guest Relations Manager (Omy) took good care of it and managed to ship them eventually. Her help was much appreciated. Once again: thank you Omy! We only stayed one night, but Versailles has more to offer so we would definately come back.

What a horrible hotel , only thing here that works is Prices and arrogance. Find another place to stay. Horrible service, arrogant staff and no service what so ever. So Manu hotels in Paris there are so much better than this High priced place.

I went on a business trip to Paris and stayed at Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de St. Cloud Hotel. I took my family on my business trip and what made our stay really awesome was the guest relations manager, Omy. She greeted us at the door in a very warm and kind manner when we first arrived. She was so friendly and she also took a lot of effort to help me plan out a great itinerary for my 4 year old daugher and my mom who came with me on the trip. She helped us arranged for personal tour to Louvre musee and Chateau de Versailles. During my family's entire stay at the hotel, she took great pains to make sure they are comfortable and well-occupied and have a chance to see Paris since it was their first time to the city while I went to work comfortably. I really felt assured and relieved that she was helping me take care of them. 5 stars to Omy, she was wonderful!
