Jewel Paradise Cove Adult Beach Resort & Spa – All Inclusive

Room service was non existent, I called twice for room service and they took my orders but the food never came.

I recently stayed at Jewel Paradise Cove and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room was dirty and infested with roaches, and the all-inclusive alcohol was only available after 10am. Additionally, upon arrival, the air conditioning wouldn't turn off and it took an hour for maintenance to address the issue. The hot tub was broken, and instead of fixing it or providing an alternative, we were told that we didn't book a room with a working hot tub. Most of the front desk staff, especially the manager Shaneka Harvey, were rude, but their were a few nice faces and the dining and cleaning staff were always pleasant. However, the food options were SEVERELY limited, and there was very little entertainment available. The decor and technology were outdated, although the resort did have beautiful views. There were also no fresh fruit available at the bar, not even lemons or limes for shots, and multiple power outages occurred during my stay. Overall, if you prioritize food, fun, cleanliness, friendly staff, or modern amenities, this may not be the right resort for you. There are better options available for the same or even less money that offer a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.

One of the smaller all inclusive resorts in the area. Staff was great and we’re calling us by name by the 2nd day. Spa was amazing. All around great stay. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 yr anniversary here and the staff is amazing. Good options are great you will never be hungry drinks are great as well. Entertainment was on point. I loved the resort it felt like it was couples weekend and it was great The only downside is the property needs upgrades. No elevator and we were locked out of our room everyday in this trip due to old door locks not working a properly to read our door key. It was hot and the walk from our room in the 6th block on the 3rd floor of stairs to the front is long and we were sweating and furious each time it happened. It took them multiple tries to help us but I feel that shouldn’t even happen especially 3 days in a row. The manager Camille did send us some champagne for the troubles but good lord Other than that it was a nice get away. I love the staff

My wife and hi had an amazing time at the Jewel Paradise. The staff is well trained, very professional, and Merrit the chef at the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Property is very dated services is limited in the dining areas and in the pool area.the food was not desirable at all. They really need to close this place and totally renovate the entire property. I've been to many resorts but never like this one.

The property was great. Could use a little maintainable here and there but nothing that affected my stay. It’s just one of those if it were home I would fix this and that. The staff was very kind and responsive. Loved it.

I was totally ignored during checking i had to go to them twice to get checked in. However when you get their attention it was the best eve then you see how nice they can be.

Staff untrained no variety of food and being in a country were the food is amazing I was very dissatisfied so many more things to say but I’m just glad I’m home
