Good hotel in the vicinity of Bhairahawa urban area. Nice landscape and garden along with beautiful swimming pool . The restaurant is one of the best in the town. The lifts services in the multi storied hotel is poor.

I checked out from this resort this morning. I stayed there for two nights in the room no 201 on the second floor. The resort is still under construction. It is on the Bhairahawa Parasi Road. The resort has a gym, swimming pool and a restaurant. It has few cottage like arrangements also. My room had two single beds, a private bathroom, a ceiling fan, air conditioner, hot pot, a telephone and a flat screen TV among others. The bathroom had a commode, shower, a wash basin and free toiletries included shampoo and soap. Nothing for the tooth care. The shower was not working well, it looked choked. The towels were clean, overall the bathroom had a new and fresh look. The restaurant on the ground floor was very nice, food was superb, service was friendly. The lift was working. The view from window was of plain paddy field and was soothing. Overall the resort when used as a budget hotel is nice.

Beautiful hotel with Swimming pool and Garden. I stayed there in the room 211. Rooms are big enough but Electrical and plumbing system is poor, no proper hot water circulation system, TV and lighting in a single switch. couldn't turn of the light while watching TV.

I stayed there for a night in early August 2018. Located away from the main town in a peaceful environment with a calm ambience. I do not know if there is public transport to reach this hotel. Room was big,  free wifi, complimentary tea coffee and two 1L water bottles. WiFi internet speed was not very fast. Though bathroom amenities were average, rain shower with hot and cold water was impressive. Towel was too hard as if it scratched your body. Bed was shiny white but the undersurface of the quilt cover had too many stains and was yellowish, which I could not notice till next day morning. You can dive into its swimming pool to keep yourself cool in the heat waves of Bhairahawa. I liked the Indian dishes in the a la carte breakfast. In summary, a property that needs a lot of  improvement.

Costliest hotel in Siddharth Nagar beautiful property but poor WiFi and untrained staff. Room service guys don't understand English only reception handlers understand or speak English. Have to request or tip to get hot water. No intercoms or telephones to call reception, kitchen or house keeping, have to visit reception for any service required! House keeping refrains from adding tea sachets & coffee sachets not available. Staff including manager callous and have a negative attitude. Act pricey when complained about not getting any service. Can't understand why would anyone spend 50 $ for poor services where a hotel is known for extending superior service to their customers. Worst experience in a star rated property!

I highly recommend Hotel Bodhi Redsun for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. The warm welcome, friendly staff, excellent service, nearby water fun park, family-friendly atmosphere, delicious food, well-appointed rooms, and perfect location all contributed to an exceptional experience. Above all, the staff at Bodhi Redsun were exceptionally friendly and always wore a genuine smile.
