The soundproofing was poor, and they had a party until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Although I complained, they said it was a scheduled event, so the noise continued past 2 a.m. They offered a free late check-out as compensation, but if I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. (They said it’s party season, but partying until 2 a.m. at a hotel seems unreasonable.) I appreciate the staff member who tried to address the issue, but I understand she had no way to help me. The staff at breakfast and the spa were kind, but they didn’t provide basic information unless asked. I had to inquire about the breakfast location and times, spa lockers, and towel availability myself. The location is excellent.

I would not consider the hotel. Our stay was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room did not work very well, and the room was an inferno. Plus we did not get the room that we reserved. When I asked about that I was told that room was being updated. No apologies or anything. The free parking is a very dishonest statement. Sure, you can park free in the street if you can find a spot. I did manage to get one of the four parking spots under the hotel, but I had to pay. The breakfast was not very good and the food that was supposed to be hot was always very cold. The one bright spot is the restaurant. Everything that we ordered was very very good.

Whole hotel stinks of smoke, rooms are not cleaned, bedding is tired, fixtures are worn, bathrooms have tiles missing and black grouting/mould. Breakfast is not worth attending as foodis of a poor standard, only coffee and tea and orange squash. Bred is stale and no staff present. Outdoor swimming pool is not this it's a plunge pool and you pay extra for the privilege! No one likes to write a negative review but if this helps people avoid it and the management take action to improve their non existing customer service and dilapidated hotel then that's great.

The hotel’s swimming pool is used in the evening for swimming lessons. So it cannot be used by hotel guests. There is a poster to that effect. There is an additional charge for the sauna. The hotel is located in the center. The rooms are large and spacious. They don't have a balcony. It's cleanliness. You can hear the noises in the next room.
