If I knew better, I would not have booked this hotel. The only reason we ended up booking this hotel was because all the Europapark-affiliated hotel were all fully booked. Pros: 1. The hotel is quite new so the rooms are still clean and maintained. 2. The check in was very quick. 3. A 5 minute drive from the parking of Europapark. 4. The room is clean. Cons: 1. Booked a family room and we were 4 in the family and they only gave 1 pillow for each person. When we asked the reception for more pillows, they said they had nothing to spare as they were fully booked. What kind of a 4 star hotel provide 1 pillow for each guest? 2. Noone ever answers the phone when you call the reception. 3. Our room never got cleaned. Yes never. We were away the entire day (9am to 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 8pm - except from 1:30 to 3:30 PM). 4. So, there are several parking spots around the hotel. During our booking, there was an option to pay for the parking, so we did thinking it woumd guarantee us a parking space by the hotel. However, to our surprise, the parking spot is actually never guaranteed and noone seems to control who parks by the hotel's pakring slot. So our question is: What was the daily parking fee for that was included in our booking? One evening when we came home from dinner, we did not have a single slot and we even saw a moto parked on a car's pakring slot. 5. For a small town like rust, the prices of this hotel is quite expensive. 6. We can hear the footsteps of the guests above us. 7. There is certainly something strange with the airconditioning control. You cannot turn it off and the light coming feom it is too bright and it is sometimes noisy (i think when thw themrostat kicks in( So I have a few more friends coming over to Europapark this year and they would like my opinion of the park itself and the hotel. Am I going to recommend Hotel Adante, maybe no.

More 3.5* than 4*. The hotel is rather new and flashy. The receptionist was super welcoming and helpful, providing all the required information for the stay. The room we got for 4, was spacious enough with complementary water and coffee. The decor is very modern, very bright with coloured ambient lights and a super big flat TV screen with access to Netflix (your own account) and YouTube; it is a life saver, when you have kids. Couple of issue with the room (the room control panel and the shower door not working or damaged), but nothing really to complain too much. The hotel is equipped with a (open air) swimming pool, but, given the season, it was closed; it has a small restaurant for dinner and breakfast. In low season, the restaurant offers only a limited amount of choices (not regional dishes). Breakfast buffet is ok, with some highs (the waffle machine or the nutella auto serving jar); the only problem is that it is served from 9:00 am (we had to book it to have it at 8:00 and it was not possible to have it before). If you are in Rust for the Europa Park, maybe it's not a big issue, but if you are travelling it might be. Parking in front of the hotel is available and there are a couple of places for recharging electric cars. All in all, good experience.

Comfortable modern room with good size bathroom. Really friendly staff all round, helped us out with extra blankets when we arrived late and helpful check out. Breakfast was great, a good selection of hot and cold foods. Location is very convenient for Europa Park.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel in general is very good. It is clean and nice. Some small things can be fixed but for sure I will stay there again. Note the parking place it is around the building and a fee is charge per night

Our car broke down in Croatia and we were not able to go to Europa-Park. We were 24hours too late for free cancellation but still 5 days before the effective stay. We contacted ********** and the hotel directly, ********** was helpful, but the hotel itself refused to do anything and we had to pay 90% cancellation-fee (1230 euro’s). I even proposed to rebook 3 nights instead of 2 (2 rooms) in Octobre, but nothing helped. We lost over 2000 euro’s with the broken car itself and were hoping for some comprehension from the hotel (as it was force majeure) but they were not even willing to listen, just willing to invoice… the only advice I can give about this hotel is that if you are not 1000% sure you will be able to go to the hotel on the requested date (your grandmother dies, your car breaks down, your kid is ill, … ), look for another hotel.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant and kind staff. I came from the Czech Republic for three days and will choose this hotel again next time. Clean, quiet, pleasant hotel.Good restaurant. I highly recommend it!! Radek

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke good English for when my German let me down! Room was a good size and air con worked well. Great location - 12 min walk to Europa Park entrance and 5 min walk from nearest exit. Short drive to Rulantica. Simple but good breakfast buffet (bread, cheese, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cuts, fruit). Both parks were brilliant and definitely worth visiting. We spent an evening in Rulantica and that was sufficient. The queues reduced towards the end of the night and the outdoor slides were surprisingly scary with smaller queues all evening. Only minor issues were that I couldn’t get the safe or shutters to work, but I didn’t ask for help because I didn’t need to use either of them.
