It’s a wonderful hotel, direct access to the slope. All staff are very friendly and great in communication.

Very very good service Free transport to rusutsu area But need to walk 10mins to main resort area

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

The hotel is very very spacious and clean. Onsen is great and the view is stunning too. Its quite near to the park and we can walk thro buildings. Can't wait again to visit in winter time!! Highly recommend!!

Please be reminded that the hotel check in has to be done before 18:00, after this time there will be no one at the reception and there is no option for distance online check in. Also hotline won't work after 6pm, so if your flight is delayed and you cannot contact the hotel before 18:00, you cannot check in and need to find alternative stay urgently. We managed to find another hotel near Chitose and they put an ipad at the reception for distance check in, we cannot help wondering why the same couldn't be done here, please at least make your hotline available before midnight. other than that, the hotel is clean, good condition and has a luxury feel.

Comfy and great location for Ski trip in Rusutsu Ski area. However, they don't provide room service and the dining option is lacked

Nice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay. Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor. Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones. Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel. Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

房間非常的棒，家居裝修特別新，地理位置非常好，Ski in Ski out ，房間的空間也很大，服務也很好，吃飯，購物也很多選擇，下次去還會選擇這裡。

房間很新非常好，有客廳，有洗衣機，適合家庭出遊，窗外景色也非常棒！早餐要去留壽都度假村吃有點遠，而且不是很好吃，酒店樓下的cafe品種也很少，三明治，cookies,咖啡。7-11便利店要走下去度假村那裡的馬路對面，有點距離，我們有車還算方便，但去晚了就沒瘦 這麼便當了。周邊沒有什麼東西，衹能在度假村玩，沒什麼好吃的，我們開車去了二世谷吃飯，50分鐘左右。有車的話還可以去俱知安縣的大超市，二世谷開過去10幾分鐘。吃飯便宜很多。但這個酒店值得一來，在客廳坐着欣賞雪景也能坐一天吧。

酒店的員工真的非常熱情、非常體貼住客的需求，12分熱情的幫助你、前台並不是網上説的7點以後沒人，一直有人值班的。房間很大很新，所有國籍的員工都非常真誠，非常好

酒店設有免費泊車，自駕遊嘅朋友非常方便。基本上酒店已經有包括早餐，並有4間自助早餐選擇。款式非常多都非常好食。 可惜嘅酒店周圍冇咩選擇，基本上需要你在酒店入邊消費。所以建議出發到酒店前去supermarket 購物準備。 The vale 入面基本上冇咩設施，只有onsen。食玩就要行5至7分鐘到旁邊resort. Ski in ski out 都ok。包埋locker。不過租gear 非常一般。又貴又廢。
