The whole property (about 3000m2) is fenced. The property has a large outdoor private pool with a paved terrace (approx. 100m2), a large pebble beach (over 100m2), a covered terrace with fireplace/grill, a green grassy meadow and a cultivated garden. The pebble beach and grassy meadow can serve as an ideal playground for children.
A variety of board games are available for your entertainment, like football table, darts, badminton, table tennis...
The pool and surrounding area are completely protected from any unwanted gaze.
The house can accommodate 6 persons, which makes it ideal for a relaxing family vacation amidst wonderful countryside. Carefully furnished, spacious rooms are divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with extra dining area and a bathroom.
All rooms are different, with the old beams and vaulted wood and visible original stone. This is one really eco- friendly property.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, with two bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
Take a dip in the villas inviting pool and soak up the sun on the sun loungers and pebble beach or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and dine on the covered terrace on a few hundred years old restored oak table.
