Fantastic services , Amin great barman , rooms clean every day, good food , entertainment very nice , I’m enjoying my stay in here playamar hotels , definitely coming back , recommend to family and friends , safe place to stay , great holidays for family

Great location 30 seconds from the beach. I traveled with my 2 autistic sons who loved every min of our holiday. Some loverly restaurants just mins away. Both pools where clean and the slash zone was great for small kids. We booked an apartment and I couldn't fault it the room was loverly and clean and fresh towels delivered twice during our stay. The receptionist was loverly during our last day as we had a late flight and extended our room till we got picked up. Will definitely be returning next year.

Arrived at 4am and guy on reception was very friendly, got r key quickly and we were dead on r feet so dropped in2 bed, room was like a matchbox,, we were half board and had no kettle, sink,fridge nothing ..2 beds pushed 2gether 1 stool and a wee table, 1 tiny light on other 1 side of the room from the mirror.. tiny tiny balcony overlooking top of restaurant roof,,just about could sit out ,,we noticed a really bad smell straight away but at that time I didn't want anything but sleep.. So at 6.30am next morning kids running up and down vanging doors shouting, thru paper thin walls I might add, went on for 20 mins , then it was the cleaners turn, they at 8am ish came in 2 clean,only there 4hrs, very noisy for next 3 hrs with cleaners and people coming and going, Ceiling fan is suppose 2 b air conditioning ,didn't work and when turned on sounded like it was going 2 fall off.. Smell was gone but not for long,, on and off whole holiday.was vile, entertainment was a lady in a leopard jumpsuit playing and singing which was very gud,disco next night back 2 lady again so wasn't bad, went 2 bed early 1 night ,we r right above restaurant so music was horrendously loud..BRING EARPLUGS abd an eyemask as curtains dont close,, cobwebs all over them,, Food was absolutely disgusting,,I'm a lactose intolerant vegetarian, i had salad every meal as nothing else for me 2 eat,,pork pork and more pork, Amin barman was very friendly and polite, best thing about the hotel I would say.. Great location,,2 mins walk from promenade and beach..plenty shops bars etc..I supping it's true u get what u pay for but this wasn't my choice I had booked a different hotel who cancelled so travel agent send us here,, all the pictures u see on website r of a different sister hotel at back of this 1, looks cleaner and fresher all round. Loads of Germans so b prepared 2 b only b english/irish/Scottish here..

I have stayed here before and it has definitely seen better days. Unfortunately I think the whole town has been badly affected by the pandemic, many hotels and business are no longer there. It suited our needs, its cheap and cheerful) you get what you pay for. Nicely located a short walk from the beaches.

very bad Hotel. everything is dirty, the food is cold, dry. lunch and dinner completely no choice. reception staff very unfriendly. we had all inclusive and we had to buy water because it was not included in the price. hot drinks tasted like chlorine, completely impossible to drink. the room was not cleaned for our entire 4 nights. upon arrival on the first day, the floor of the room was sandy. very bad Hotel...even for that price it doesn't match.

Do not stay here, if you have given this over 2 stars then u have no standards. 1st impression on arrival is a very tatty tired hotel, The rooms are dreadful, basic beyond belief, paper thin walls, you will hear every noise,doors slamming, dirty marks everywhere, and as for the smell that comes from the drains it will make u feel ill, Housekeeping is barely above standard, again be prepared to have your sleep disturbed by noisy cleaners, Now on to the food, OMG, ate the ''hot"breakfast once, let me promise you the breakfast is not hot, everything is cold, EVERYTHING!!, If you want to get food poisoning then feel free to eat this slop,and that's all it can be described as, honestly how some people here rate this food is beyond me, ZERO STANDARDS, The pool is ok but sum of the sum loungers are broken, the only good thing Is it's 1 min from the beach, Truly Truly dreadful hotel, ignore the Web pics they arnt accurate at all, Spend a little more on somewhere else as it really is a lovely resort,
