Enjoyed our visit here. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and all clean and tidy. They had singing acts on 3 times in our 9 days otherwise fairly quiet. Good views from most rooms. Ok the food- we thought it was ok and while not always hot we always found something we liked.Use the microwave to heat it up. Lots of casseroles pork, chicken, rabbit or turkey.Now labelling main course dishes. Pasta dishes and salads always some fries and nice paella type dish a couple of nights vegetarian I think. 3 minutes to beach turn right for S'Illot a bit livelier in an evening. Turn left for a lovely walk up to the castle Punt de n'Amer.

Just back from 4 night stay at this hotel, mixed reviews about food before going. Could not fault this hotel at all! From start to finish, had a lovely experience with all staff. We arrived before check in and we got our all inclusive bands on and got told we could wait in the bar and have lunch. Bar area was lovely and staff very friendly, we were all inclusive and had a massive selection of drinks. Drinks available were soft drinks, tea and coffee, beer and wine, sangria, cocktails and spirits. You had the option to upgrade to get more spirits but we were happy staying with the all inclusive local ones. We then went for lunch, restaurant area was lovely and clean. There wasn’t a huge selection of food at meal times, however we always going we were able to make a meal easily with what was on offer. The food we had was always really tasty. At breakfast there was normal cooked breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt and pastries with fruit juice, water, tea and coffee. Lunch and dinner there were always 2 types of meat being cooked fresh as well as fish and a veggie option too. Everything we had was really tasty, couldn’t fault it at all, only thing was there wasn’t a massive selection to chose from, but this was fine for us. We then got checked into our room. The room was lovely! We were on the top floor and had a pool view which we could see out to the beach too. We didn’t upgrade our room but appeared to have gotten an upgraded room. This had a double bed, desk, fridge, safe, wardrope. There was the bathroom next door, and then another room which had a large wardrope, couch that could pull out and desk. Both this room and room with bed had a flatscreen TV. The pool areas was also really nice, very clean and never an issue to get a sun bed. We arrived to the pool about 3pm on day one and got a sun bed with no issue. Every day we went to the pool there were plenty of sun beds all throughout the day. We didn’t go up to the second pool which had the comfier loungers as we just stayed by the normal pool. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very approachable. There were animation team members going around all day and night Time too. At night time there was always an act brought in, we had. A DJ the first night , and then the next 2 nights there were singers who came in. Even at night time it was easy to get a seat in the bar to watch the entertainment, even though the hotel was full. Overall this was a great stay, we would highly recommend this hotel and would return.

Rooms were nice. Really good to have a separate bedroom for our teenager. Pillows were terrible. Looked amazing on the bed but went so flat when you lay on them. We asked reception for another pillow and was told there weren't any spare. Food prety dreadful, We are not fussy and dont nornally find a problem with the food but it was either under cooked or over cooked. Had raw chicken, not much selection, same thing every day. Air conditioning in dinning room dripping from ceiling vents onto tables. No dress code at dinner time, people wearing vests, swimming costumes. On a positive note, the bar staff were very friendly. Not particularly fussed about entertainment but it seemed to be all in French. Overall would not recommend or return.

Firstly, when we arrived at our hotel we waited approximately 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk. We were travelling with my 9 month old baby. Eventually the night porter came to the desk and attempted to check us in, to say it was a nightmare is an understatement. He had been out smoking when we were waiting on him coming to the desk, he was absolutely stinking of smoke and breathing it all over us in his attempt to check us in. This process took around 40 minutes as he could not speak a word of English. All he kept saying was ‘credit card’ holding the card machine out demanding me to pay money. I didn’t have a clue what I was paying money for, luckily other people were checking in behind us and were able to explain that it was the tax he wanted us to pay, we knew absolutely nothing about this. He then refused to give me my babies passport back. After 40 minutes he finally gave us our room key and my babies passport back, with no instructions or directions given we eventually found our way to our room. When we entered our room it became apparent that there was no travel cot for our baby. It was now 1:30am, I had to go back down to reception to try and get a travel cot. Again the night porter could not understand what I was asking for. I was attempting to use Google translator but I was getting nowhere. He proceeded to shout to me ‘come back at 9am’ I asked the night porter for some water as we had been travelling all day and were thirsty he again could not understand and told me to come back at 9am, we were left for the rest of the night with no water as all the shops nearby were all closed. When we got to our room there was no travel cot for my baby. I had WhatsApped Jet 2 on numerous occassions, emailed the hotel and even phoned the hotel on 2 occasions to triple check we would have a travel cot in our room. I was promised there would be one in our room on our arrival. Another hour passed of me crying and begging the night porter for a travel cot for my baby, I then had to phone the jet 2 emergency number, I spoke with Nat who could tell I was very upset… Nat was great and helped me as best she could by phoning the hotel. Eventually after 2 hours and 40 minutes the night porter arrived at our room with a bright pink cot, my baby is a little boy. The night porter then tried to bring himself into our room where my husband had to step in and ask him to leave our room he was shouting in spanish and again preventing my baby from sleeping. The restaurant was an absolute shambles, we only eat in the restaurant in 2 occasions, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner. The food was cold, and there was nothing that was child friendly for my baby to eat. The high chairs were diagusting and on these 2 occasions I had to clean the high chair before letting my baby sit in it. We therefore had to eat out and spent money that we didn’t intend on spending as we were all inclusive. We had a terrible week at this hotel, I was told a manager would come and spe

Absolutely amazing hotel. Extremely clean and the staff is lovely. We are here for a 4 day break. We have the deluxe package which was worth it. You get all the premium drinks included. Food - I couldn’t fault the food. It was fresh every day. People we met whilst here were moaning about the food saying it was cold and awful. We have found this is not the case and have enjoyed everything we’ve ate. Rooms - we are in 602 and we’ve got a sea view. The beds are soooo comfy and we have a separate living room which is great. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. We have a mini included in the deluxe package and that was a nice touch when we arrived and had a nice cold beer. The weather has been amazing too. We would absolutely come back to this hotel. Only downside is I wish we’d booked longer.
