Ibersol Siurell

This is a nice hotel, on the quieter part of the island. Staff were very helpful on arrival and made sure we ate before doing paperwork. A nice, kind environment and safe for kids. Hotel rooms were great, spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. Food was good, however mainly aimed at the more European guest (france/Germany etc). Entertainment was limited, and again mostly in French or German. I also think due to being early in the season it was limited. (But I don't mean it was bad in any way). Service was overall good, with friendly vibe. Would like to see more entertainment for adults in the evening. I would rate this as a nice 3 star hotel.

Stayed at Ibersol Siurell, room 404. Overall, the stay was good — but with a few frustrating details that took away from the experience. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and no issues during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a solid variety of fresh options. Nice sound isolation no issues. However, the check-in process was disappointing. We arrived early and were offered to pay €25 for early check-in — even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked. We declined, but then had to go to reception three separate times to ask if the room was ready. Staff never came to inform us. We were finally given the keys exactly at 16:00 — not a great first impression after me personally asking for 3 times. Another small issue: I asked multiple times for a white-only omelette, and the cook didn't understand what that meant. Some guests don’t want to eat the whole egg with yolk — it’s a common dietary request and should be easy to accommodate with proper training. Overall, the hotel has potential. But service and communication — particularly at check-in and in the kitchen — could be improved to match the quality of the rooms and breakfast.

Recently had a family holiday which included a toddler and baby we had a lovely time with only a few downsides the lift was too small to accommodate a double pram so had to be physically carried up a flight of stairs and luckily on floor one .The pool was lovely, and the beds were always available, but again, most of the sunbeds upstairs again food not too bad but slightly repetitive. The rooms and hotel very clean and the staff were extremely nice and friendly but entertainment all in French but entertainment people lovely and spoke English to my granddaughter but overall a good family holiday

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated, near the beach. Clean, good hygiene. The buffets (morning and dinner) were great. Fresh fruits and vegetables and nice meats/fish grilled in front of you. Very good price/quality balance. Air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly. Would recommend and visit again. Special shout out to Flor of the reception! She was very helpful with everything, including things for outside the hotel like tips and tricks and itineraries! Most guests are either couples (20s/30s/or older who have grown kids) and families. Very kind and nice people, no loud noises etc. Very good experience!

Enjoyed our visit here. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and all clean and tidy. They had singing acts on 3 times in our 9 days otherwise fairly quiet. Good views from most rooms. Ok the food- we thought it was ok and while not always hot we always found something we liked.Use the microwave to heat it up. Lots of casseroles pork, chicken, rabbit or turkey.Now labelling main course dishes. Pasta dishes and salads always some fries and nice paella type dish a couple of nights vegetarian I think. 3 minutes to beach turn right for S'Illot a bit livelier in an evening. Turn left for a lovely walk up to the castle Punt de n'Amer.
