Protur Safari Park Aparthotel

This is a lovely hotel. Very spacious rooms, never felt too compacted. Everywhere was clean at all times. Pool space absolutely brilliant. Food impeccable. The only reason this hotel is a four star is due to the entertainment being very repetitive, especially the kids disco. Also, the pools were constantly being shut due to vomit and poo being in the pools. I get this isn't the hotels fault but it was annoying. All the drinks were amazing and brilliant staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to mallorca in the future. Thank you Protur safari park for a great family holiday!

Hotel does not follow own smoking rules and let people smoke outside of smoking areas. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids that value their health. Also multiple times multiple pools were closed because kids pooped in them. Staff does their best but management is a total failure.

One of the best hotels in Majorca, food is 5 star the salmon tonight you wouldn't get anywhere else as good in the world.Choice of food for kids is way better than other 4 star hotels we have stayed in.kids entertainment is top class. Cleanliness is 5 star.Customer service is 5 star.Staff friendliness and willing to help out is again 5 star... Rachel/Lauren/Sofia all go above the level of duty you would get in any other hotels IF you want a family holiday ,safe environment with the best food and drinks you can get then this is the place for you ....one of the best beaches in the world is a 15 minute stroll away .This is our 4th time in the hotel and we have 4 kids...book it youcwont regret it and you will return again and again

The hotel was very bad, there was no entertainment, it was disastrous. I went to the water park and we were robbed since everyone from outside could enter, the service was a complete disaster, the buffet food was not very good! The only thing that was good was the food and the Mexican restaurant there, the Argentinian boy and the Venezuelan girl were very kind and respectful, and also the cleaning girls. After everything else, it was very bad. We went to the water park and we got a beer and it had a very bad taste, it tasted dirty, it seems that they do not clean the pipes in the machines. Every year we go to a different hotel in Mallorca and this was the worst of all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who stays with their children.

The hotel and the grounds are absolutely stunning! The staff are lovely and work very hard. Lots of things for the children to do, the food and drinks are fine and the snack bar is lovely, the area is beautiful with some really nice restaurants. I would of loved to give five stars but the reason i haven't is i went for 11 nights and from day two I was bitten by just about everything you could possibly imagine, me and my two daughters have well over forty bites all over us. I did tell staff about this and they came with powder and sealant for holes but it never worked and I was never offered a room change, it started with ants which I thought was bad until the cockroaches came, every night getting up to the toilet screaming because one was in the toilet or coming out the wardrobe or on the curtain etc,most nights I never slept i was in bed with the blanket over my head hoping for morning to come to get out of there. Its hardly relaxing and not what I paid thousands of pounds for. Its such a shame as everything apart from the room was amazing and hopefully it was just an isolated incident

Came with 2 vey autistic children, our first holiday with them and I honestly had no worries. Room was brilliant. Always something to eat and we will be coming back next year
