Really friendly staff shocked it isn’t a 5 star hotel food is also really good ,good value for money right by the beach and a loaf of different shops to look around would highly recommend this hotel to everyone Pool is also really good and very friendly staff

Very clean hotel and rooms! Excellent location and very close to beach! Loads choice in breakfast bar and outdoor pool amazing too! Hotel staff friendly and customer service was outstanding! Definitely highly recommended and will be back again!

I love this hotel I cannot fault it at all . The staff are wonderful Christian the head barman he was Indian . The most helpful was the receptionist Cati my mother was taken to hospital and she was very helpful organising are rooms for extra stay and ringing taxis she was a star . Would recommend it to anyone x

Hotel - clean and nice Staff - fabulous - the guys in reception particularly. Rooms - clean and comfy fit for purpose. Pool area - nice Food - mediocre Coat hangers in rooms - plenty Air con in room 106 - didn’t come on Food choice - poor at times a bit tasteless

Loving our stay at the Marfil Playa. First Impression was how clean all the areas were and the wonderful smell as we came through reception. All staff are friendly and helpful especially Rafael and Jacob on reception. Our room was cleaned daily by Sunny who did a great job. There a was a good choice of food and liked the different themes each night including the themed drink as we entered the restaurant. Again all the bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Wonderful pool always got a sun bed despite some people putting towels on very early which really annoys me as it does state that beds are not to be reserved. Hotel is in a great position short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and bars. Hired bikes a few times from the hotel they were good quality and the cycle tracks are excellent. Our room was a good size, overlooking the pool. The safe was free just a deposit for the key also deposit for pool towels. Handy to have u tube on the tv to keep up with news etc. If coming back to Sa Coma would not hesitate to come back to the Marfil Playa.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is very good, nice amenities including the outdoor and indoor pools, fitness room, tennis court and nightly entertainment. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation.

Well situated for buses in any direction and the food is fresh and plentiful. I booked all inclusive for the first time in Mallorca but only because there was a deal and it was cheaper than half board. No way I could manage 3 meals a day at the hotel and there are cafes and bars everywhere. Entertainment most nights in the hotel and the concierge/reception desk speak various languages well. So do the dining room staff. I wouldn't say the swimming pool would amuse kids older than 7 or 8 but it's adequate for adults and younger kids. Plenty of sunbeds and the animation team doesn't get all up in your face if you want to be left alone but there's a few activities throughout the day if you want to join in. Very quiet, very pleasant, I'd definitely consider booking again if the price was right. I hired a scooter through the front desk and they let me charge it in the lobby without a fuss. Can't take scooters upstairs though.

Visited 1st week in May, got greeted by reception team and speedily checked us in so we would get lunch. Hotel was really clean, cleaners are working all day, ignore the one star review. Rooms clean and comfy opt for pool view as bar across from side sea view very noisy luckily had ear plugs. Food was typical all inclusive varied every day. Drinks in hotel reasonably priced. Staff in hotel really friendly and helpful. Had a great time with the entertainment team doing all the activities they were both great. Great location for shops and beach would definitely return, drinks in Majorca very good price.

Super leave for sure, cannot see where "Ana-Maria O" got their report from!! For us it was 4.9 out of 5 rating. Lost point 1 as there was no agua con gass on tap to refill my bottle for walking and overnight!! Chap on the bar explained and let me fill on 1st night as I needed some to take my skip load of pills before evening meal. So bought a bottle next day from the SPAR over't road. So onto the hotel, Location great for our toddles around the local tourist / AKA tatt shops, to the beach too. Staff, really helpful, friendly, dining room team all work well together, food a really great choice too, regularly topped up so as little to no shortages too :-) Early breakfast for home ward bounds this morning, was @ 06:30 fair choice of breads, cakes, biscuits, and a hot brew avail too. The ent's / animation team proper helpful & accommodating too, early in't season so not many kids for them to entertain too :-) Room 2 x twins with a shower, good room size pool view, not a noisy location too. Pool,, For me still too early / cold as cold enough I get with blood thinners. Some brave / foolish folks having a dip some quicker than others!!! Regular visitors to Mallorca, Sa Coma for us was ideally placed to re-visit the other local Calas# too :-) Son Severa Market on Friday taxi trip, and Sa Coma on Wednesday evening well worth a visit, toddle LEFT from the main hotel and the market is 100(ish) yards up on the car park on the right, All in all we had a JOLLY GOOD leave thanks to one n all involved. Hotel Marfil Playa – The Filthiest Scam in Disguise as a 4-Star Hotel This place is a dump masquerading as a 4-star hotel. It’s an outright embarrassment to the hotel industry and should be shut down or downgraded immediately. My husband and I stayed 10 nights in what can only be described as a decaying, unhygienic, unprofessional tourist trap. The room? Disgusting. Housekeeping does the bare minimum ,mops the floor and walks out. Stinking sweat-soaked pillows, unchanged sheets, dust caked on furniture, chipped tiles, rusty shower. The bathroom looked like it belonged in an abandoned gas station. Even the towels you leave wet on the floor get refolded and put back. That’s the level of “clean” you can expect. I contacted Dominique months in advance to arrange a birthday surprise for my husband across email, Instagram, Facebook, and chat. Got one useless response, then silence. Not a single follow-up. They don’t give a damn. I booked a hot stone massage for my husband turned into a humiliating 5-minute stone warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of random head tapping under hospital-bright lights. The masseuse showed up late, looked bored, and treated it like a chore. We’ve had better service at roadside gas stations. Want sleep? Forget it. The karaoke bar across the street blasts music until 5AM and the hotel has paper-thin walls. You’re not sleeping here unless you pass out from pure exhaustion. Need water? Better pray. On our last night, we asked the night receptionist Yaquba Jacob for a bottle of water. Instead, he tried to sell us one under the table for 4 euros cash, refused to give a receipt, and laughed in our face when we asked. This is illegal behavior, plain and simple scam inside the hotel itself. Would rather pay double any place than under the table for Yacuba’s little business going on. And guess what? You can’t pay for anything with card ,not massages, not towels, not even water. It’s 2025, and this place runs like a back-alley cash-only flea market. Unacceptable in any part of Europe. This hotel isn’t worth 10 euros a night, people should get payed to stay here. Pay 100 euros more and stay literally anywhere else. This is not a hotel. This is a rotting shell of lies, filth, and fraud. Avoid at all costs.

It was a great experience! Nice helpful staff, comfortable room. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The breakfast selection is huge and delicious. The hotel is highly recommended!................................................................

Fabulous hotel nothing any trouble ,once they sorted it needed Gluten free they would come out with a tray of bread etc ,staff very friendly, Spanish tax and little bit more then expected, kids entertainment we felt was a bit late ,adult entertainment bit rubbish, but otherwise lovely area & hotel x

First time in Mallorca. A lovely hotel and very good value. . Great views from my balcony and a clean spacious room. The food was very good (buffet with a huge choice) . Loved the fish and seafood and local specialties. I would recommend the house cava and vino rosado.A range of activities on offer: my group enjoyed the tennis, archery, shooting and darts. The staff were all excellent: friendly, helpful and professional. Gracias!

Nice hotel , excellent staff all round , excellent food , fresh and plentiful, half board plus very good with local wines and beers included , nice drinks from the bar areas good prices , clean and fresh , comfortable rooms , fridge and safe , took my own folding kettle as like a cupa , coffee in the dining area horrific only real negatives, a lot of fresh fish dishes but many other options available. Location 10 minute walk from the beach , small town , not much really to do wouldn’t recommend out of season. Pool I would imagine in the height of summer a nightmare way to small for the size of the hotel along with very limited parking. Outside area nice , inside bar areas lights are terrible not a relaxed area as so bright, evening entertainment not great but overall ok good standard 4 star hotels, renting towels ok but only change after 3 days with kids this may be a problem . SA como ok but Cala Millor better only 10 mins down the road.
