Cozy and spacious leisure destination designed by an architect. Located by the pond Polkulampi near the services of Saarijärvi city center. Sunny and spacious plot offers good facilities for your holiday. The destination can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a wilderness-style smoke sauna on the plot. 70 km to the northwest from Jyväskylä, pond Polkulampi 50 m, shallow sanded beach, own pier, rowing boat.
Brick-built leisure home (1995), renovated and expanded in 2008, garage/car shelter, separate sauna by the pond. Spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 WCs, indoor sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), shower in washroom, four bedrooms, master bedroom has own fireplace and some exercise equipment. Master bedroom: double bed 180 x 210 cm, sofabed. Bedroom 2: 80 x 200 cm bed, bedroom 3: 120 x 200 cm bed, bedroom 4: 80 x 200 cm bed. There is also two high-quality transferable/foldable extra beds available for the bedrooms. Livigroom has a sofa bed.
Sauna by the pond (electrified): wood-burning sauna stove (please note, that one-time heated sauna stove is not in use). Garage and carport in the yard. The garage is not available for the tenant. The carport is available.
