Staffs are kind and good at English so I didn't have any difficulty of communication. I recommend to buy a spa included ticket and enjoy the Finnish sauna. For the foods, you have to pay for the dinner buffet but the quality is really good. It was worth every penny. There was nothing inconvenient at all. If I had to pick one, there were no amenities in the bathroom only except soap.

エコノミークラスの部屋に泊まるとフロントから部屋までがすごい遠いです。部屋の暖房もつけ方が分からず部屋が寒かったです、、 朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富で美味しかったです！ バス停は目の前にありスーパーまでも徒歩10分ほどと便利が良かったです！

看到網上評價一般時，還很擔心。但入住了三天，感覺還是不錯的，我們住的是帶桑拿的套房，面積挺大，衞生也還可以，桑拿和壁爐 也挺不錯，雖然前台人手不多，但服務態度挺好的。最主要的是地理位置很方便，去到鎮上、或是坐大巴車，非常方便。

酒店很大，很熱鬧，房間環境不錯。從羅瓦涅米和機場大巴車都會停靠這個酒店，交通便利。離周邊的滑雪區走路15分鐘。

일주일 생활했습니다. 좀 끝에있는 방이라서 와이파이가 잘 터지지는 않았네요 수압좋았고 공용으로 사용 할 수 있는 전자렌지 있어서 좋았어요 저는 좀 오래 된 방이라서 그런지 카드키가 아닌 열쇠로 사용 할 수 있어서 조금 불편했어요 주변에 마트도 있고 버스정류장도 바로 있어서 편했던것 같아요 추천합니닷
