Hotel Europa simply put, is THE BEST! I highly recommend a stay here. Their staff is outstanding and every meal we had was exquisite. I especially loved the fondue, it was some of the best I have had in Switzerland. Also, the view is incredible!

Great little hotel and very well organized. The dinner and breakfast were very good as well. The big bonus is the Spa! The shuttles are also great and extremely efficient. We called once we had parked the car when we arrived and the shuttle bus was there 2 minutes later!

We stayed at the Europa hotel beginning of November as a family of 3. The season was barely starting. We did not feel welcome at all by the hotel manager. We did arrive a little early and it was made very clear to us that check-in was only from 3pm... They finally agreed to hand us the keys (we were one of very few guests in the hotel). Food at the restaurant was ok, although there was a mixup with our order. Room was clean, although quite old and would need to be a bit updated. Interaction at checkout was not better, when asking questions of a possible stay later this year. I think it is a shame for Saas Fee and the Swiss hospitality industry to witness this and I would not recommend this hotel for your stay.

I recently stayed at the Europa hotel in Saas-Fee ski resort and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself has stunning views of the town and ski slopes. Its sleek and modern design, and the attention to detail was second to none. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The real highlight of my stay, however, was the incredible skiing on offer. The skiing itself was exhilarating, with lots of fresh snow and the breathtaking scenery just added to the whole experience. After a long day on the slopes, I was able to relax and unwind at the hotel's spa. The facilities were top-notch. Lastly, the food at the hotel's restaurant was truly delicious I have been coming to Saas-Fee for many years and always stay at the Europa Hotel. I look forward to the next time

Superbe chambre familiale avec mezzanine pour les enfants. Petit spa fort agréable et propre. Déjeuner copieux et personnel à la réception très aimable. Très pratique la voiture électrique de l'hôtel qui vient nous chercher au parking et qui nous amène au pied des pistes!

Een leuk en warm hotel prima gelegen op wandelafstand van de pistes en liften mits een korte stevige klim. Uitgebreid ontbijt met voor elk wat wils en zeer uitgebreid avondeten met 'salad from buffet' als tussendoortje. De ruime kamers zijn modern en netjes. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een leuke skivakantie in Saas Fee.

L'hôtel est propre, calme et rénové avec bon goût, il a beaucoup de charme. L'espace wellness est très bien et il n'y a pas trop de monde, en tout cas à la période où nous y avons séjourné. Le personnel est sympathique. Convient tout à fait pour un week-end de ski. La cuisine du Carnotzet est bonne, le buffet du petit-déjeuner était bien garni.

Un peu excentré, mais qu’importe, la navette vient nous chercher au parking, où au pied des pistes !.. Accueil aux petits soins, personnel adorable, chambres impeccables (toutes neuves dans l’annexe), petit dej optimal, restaurant un peu cher, mais ambiance et déco tres agréables, et mention spéciale pour le spa tout neuf, avec jacuzzi délicieux après le ski !..
