I traveled to Barcelona with a group of 12 students and another teacher. And we had some bumps in the road during our travels, but none of it had to do with this amazing hotel. If we needed our meal times changed, they were always accommodating and one day we were stuck on a train. We called the hotel because we were going to miss our meal time by two hours. They made sure that we had a full meal at 10:30 at night. The kitchen staff was especially gracious. But Mar, Youssef and Judit at the front desk made it all happen. They acted as if it was no problem and waited with us until we were served. Outstanding service with great personality and grace.

1. Extremely poor service at the front desk and unreasonable explanations; 2. Forcing you to share a large bottle of water with your roommate instead of providing two small bottles. You also have to argue that this is the custom of Catalonia hotels; 3. If you need an extra blanket in winter, you will be refused; 4. If you are a group, the breakfast you can get is completely different from that of independent travelers., you will be asked to go to a place they think is big, and then be provided with a poor breakfast. The worst thing is that you will be refused if you spend money to upgrade; 5. The room is so small that after two people open the suitcase, It will become extremely difficult to pass through. You can refer to the real photos. 21 square meters is a joke; 6. The bed in the standard twin room is very small, so you need to be careful about rolling off the bed in the middle of the night; 7. The design of the room is very unreasonable, there is a big problem with the number and location of sockets. The bedside lamp is located extremely high, which is very inconvenient when two people stay. The person who sleeps first will be greatly affected.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively yet quiet area of Sabadell, with lots of amenities and bars at hotel door step. Rooms are very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast is amazing, offering a large variety of choice, everything very fresh and inviting. Staff is very friendly, service minded and arranging everything one could need help with. We took 4 road bikes with us and we could easily store them in a safe room. We will definitively cone back next time we pass Barcelona!

This hotel is good value and staff very friendly. Helpful with all of our requests. We don’t speak Spanish so they helped us with transport and shopping questions. Hotel is a long way from Barcelona city but easy to get to using the very efficient train service. Restaurants are nearby. Great breakfast. Especially loved fresh squeezed orange juice from the machine.
