Home2 Suites by Hilton Sacramento at Csus

The team here is great. Special shout-out for Natalia! All of our employees felt super welcome, had a great time, and enjoyed the amenities. We received only positive reports. I will be staying here again whether solo or business, it's an excellent hotel.

Our stay at Home2 Suites was great. We have stayed at this chain in many other locations before and love the fact that they have a full-size refrigerator dishwasher and kitchenette. Breakfast was great especially the English muffins with egg and sausage. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and up-to-date. There are enough plug-ins to accommodate our phone and other electronic devices that needed to be charged. The bathroom had a nice large full walk-in shower. The only thing I would like to see is that they would offer make up remover packs like mini hotels do. My only other criticism is that they charge $11 per day for parking. It is the reason I gave them a 4 star rating. That should be included in the price of the room. Not as an extra charge. We have never seen that from other Home 2 suites before.

We had a family reunion with accommodations at the Home2 Suites - CSUS. This is a new property and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of every area of ths property: breakfast, finess room, pool and outsixe parios. My sales rep Natalia was such a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely recommend this property for anyone in the area!

The wheelchair-accessible room with a bathtub worked out very well for us. There was plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a shower bench available. The layout was thoughtful. There was even a small ironing board that could be used on a table or counter. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked pillows that offered more support. Everything was clean. Like other Home2Suites locations, there was a kitchenette and a roll-out table. I really like having a refrigerator, microwave, and plates/utensils/etc. There was some noise from trains, but it wasn't too bad. I'm a light sleeper, and I slept through them. Highway noise was minimal. I did hear the people in the room above us walking (stomping?) around and would try to get a room on the top floor next time. The gate was not in use, so anyone could get into the parking area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I would stay here again.
