Checked in and went to the room I was assigned and discovered it was still being cleaned. Went back to the front desk and the staff assigned me another room and gave me a room key and a TV remote which seemed kind of strange. Tbh, the room was below the standard of anything I would ever consider staying at again. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom, the carpeting was ripped and uneven, the TV remote looked like it had been smashed with a hammer, the TV itself was tilted and the furniture it was sitting on looked like it had been picked up at a garage sale.

Unit had roaches infested in the fridge, in the sink and bathroom climbing in and out of the tiles behind the toilet, linen dingy, room had faint smoke odor from old worn carpet. Shower did not work. Staff does bare minimum when assistance is needed. Homeless people sleep in the parking lot, stairwell or in hallways.

Lots of roaches!! If there's a negative rating I will do it. In our 2 days stay we encounter more than 30 roaches and this is our first time experience. I was to complain in their office before we checked out and no one is on duty. Maybe they are hiding from the time of checkout and come back after so they cannot hear everyone's complain. And also in their booking site there is free breakfast for 2 but when we got there they said they don't offer the free breakfast anymore 2 years ago. You should update your information so no one will expect in your inclusions. Maybe the roaches is the breakfast?

Roach nested, dirty carpets , not clean .. do not go here and especially don't go here with little children like I did.

Has BED BUGS !!!!!! It's a hit or miss with hotels. It's not like we are staying free we are paying for this place. So annoying how this world functions now days. SMH. I would recommend this place at all I had to take my kids to there grandma's so they don't sleep here.

Wonderful Stay. Highly recommend it Hotel in a good location right off and on from freeway I 50, close by restaurant, gas station and convenient store. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel were also exceptional, providing excellent service and ensuring that all of my needs were met. I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay.
