During our trip to the city of Sanfranbolu, we had an extraordinary lodging experience. The house, constructed of stone, was adorned with meticulous decorations throughout, reflecting the care and attention of the hostess. Breakfast was a delightful surprise in the morning, featuring homemade jams crafted from a plethora of organic ingredients, tantalizing pancakes, salads, and a variety of cheeses, all accompanied by the classic Turkish tea. What truly enhanced our stay was the enjoyable conversations with the host. Thanks to the guidance of this geology and history professor, our Turkish itinerary underwent significant revisions. Overall, it was an unforgettable accommodation experience!

這家homestay是在城外的一幢老房子，夫妻二人維護得不錯，房間裝修得很繁複也很有特點，乾淨整潔。第二天的早餐在花園裡，非常豐盛，環境真是漂亮極了。唯一有點缺陷的是房間裏既沒有飲用水也沒有茶壺茶杯，哪怕客人到了有一點welcome drink也好啊，這點希望以後能有所改進吧。

Unique venue, very welcoming, warm hospitality. The owners take hospitality very seriously. They provide guidance in where to go and see which was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts are amazing, served in good taste. It is close to the centre and other points of interest. We highly recommended it.

Fatoş ve Metin bey, son derece samimi, ama bir o kadar da profesyonel bir aile ortamı yaratmışlar, ilmek ilmek dokuduklari bu tertemiz, güvenilir yerde misafir edilmek çok keyifliydi... Bir gezi rotası bile çıkardılar hiç üşenmeden .Kahvaltı, bahçede çay ve doyumsuz sohbet, mırıl mırıl kediler, köpekleri Sebastian.. Safranbolu'da hiç tereddüt etmeden kalabileceğiniz bir konak, dileğimizi Burcu Sultan taş odasında tuttuk kızımla, gerçekleşecek😉Eksik yazmış olabilirim, fazlası var gerçekten🌸🌿

Fatoş hanım ve Metin Bey ilgi ve alakanız için öncelikle çok teşekkür ederiz. Tam bir ev ortamı. Sessiz , sakin ve özellikle tertemiz. Bahçede harika bir kahvaltı . Hayvan dostu bir ortam . Bölgede kalmayı düşünenler bizce kesinlikle hiç düşünmeden Nimet Hanım konağını tercih edebilirsiniz.

I had a most wonderful and memorable stay at Nimet Hanim Konağı. It’s a beautiful and cozy house decorated with lovely touches and thoughtful details all over, you can just feel how much love and effort that’s been put in this house. The owners, Mr Metin, Mrs Fatos and their son are warm and kind and they really made me felt like home, I look forward to seeing them and their dog, Sebastian (he’s really cute and endearing) everyday😊 They made the most delicious breakfasts too, fruits, cheeses, pancakes, omelettes and all homemade jams. It’s a feast actually! Thank you very much again for your kindness and friendship, I look forward to returning to see you. Take care and all best wishes, Jessica.

Mr Fatos and his wife decorated the house very carefully and beautifully. Needless to say both of them are very kind. They are best. Breakfast in the cozy garden is a must. Thanks to you two, I ate well and rested well.

Fatoş Hanım ve eşine çok teşekkür ederim. Bizi bir aile ortamında misafir ettiler. Herşey o kadar iyiydi ki... Kahvaltı mükemmel, odalar zevkle dizayn edilmiş, tertemiz, ufak tefek nüanslarla yaşanmışlık havası katılmış. Akşam sıcak çay eşliğinde tüm misafirler ile yapılan o sıcacık sohbeti hiç unutlayacağım. Bahçede ve evin içinde Fatoş Hanım'ın zekice düşünüp tasarladığı oblejeleri tek tek incelemek insanın bir gününü alabilir. Bir daha herşey için onlara teşekkür ediyoruz. Bundan sonra ne zaman kafa dinlemek istesem tercih edeceğim tek işletme olacak. Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu.
